Hello, when we find a block, are payments automatically sent to the account?

Public pool has problems with Avalon nano 3 , the session keeps resetting, while it works fine with NerdAxe

Are ck pool and kano pool configured to be more efficient or more well connected to where there is an advantage to using them instead of public pool running on your own node at home?
