Part of what is good about this is that Chun gets to be part of putting Jia in her place. Jia, set Chun and 1st Prince up when the first Empress died. So now Chun realizes Jia was never really her friend.

Ruyi the epitome of grace and strength. She loved her son anyway, a true mother of the nation. Love this genre,I binge watch often.❤️

One thing I noticed just now is that when Suoxin was giving Rong Pei the earrings, she called Luyun by her title (Noble Consort Chun) but called Jia by her maiden name (Jin Yuyan) because she doesnt respect her after what shes done
