Please take into account the real estate agents monthly quota sales mentality within the 18.6yr cycle theory. I always get junk mail from them weekly about my properties. New top sales in the area etc etc. The mail doesn't follow any sort of pattern in the market. These people have to earn a living I suppose! People need to be educated on purchasing and selling a property as well. It is not easy as you would understand J. Cheers and always enjoy your content. Jamey

Tesla is a buy, like buying btc at 16k. Mega power pack sales, self driving, A. I. Leader robotics, fundamentals, say its a steal. Laging stock price..

I haven't bought Tesla stock but don't you think given the fundamentals of the business overall it's a great discount buy? Buy low, sell high? Just curious if you have actually analysed the company in detail or not? I agree with following the chart but when I top 10 tech stock is at a premium discount it's hard to ignore.

farm airdrops, use defi , looking for yield bearing activities, there's so many opportunities coming up on a daily basis, then you sort of forget about market movements as your focusing on yield as opposed to just looking at whether a number goes up and down....that's soul destroying., you end up with a lot more crypto when the market does decide to move also...

Jason, what i don't understand is that if you do an equity release, you still need to have enough income to service your loan. Independent of an equity release, the bank will still allow you to borrow up to your maximum serviceability. So why does equity even matter if you're limited by your income at the end of the day anyway?
No mate. My last contracted house and land build was in 2021. The land settlement was almost a year late, I got Covid taxed for materials at 10% contract value or the builder was sunsetting the contract. Probably lucky there I kept it looking in hindsight from 2024. My original comment was mostly pertaining to the jargon expressed by Real Estate agents in any part of the property cycles. A low % of people in Australia have dealt with this overall. Congrats on your newborn bud! Jamey
