Don't use gram flour...u can Use either corn flour or rice flour and u can store it more than a week..But make sure that bitter gourds are fried well

Yes you can use besan, only thing the flavour will be different. But it's healthier than corn and rice flours

I didn't try with corn flour... but still corn flour makes the snacks crispy... go for it

It won't be much bitter ...but you can feel the smell... you can use the oil for making curries...you don't find much difference when you cook
