I haven't finished the video yet, I'm only 14 minutes in but I'm still holding out hope for the _real_ version of the main character because Shoto did just replace them with a shinier, newer version. They went through too much to be replaced by Epidemic's windup toy and they deserve to have a happy ending for everything they've endured. A clone is a clone and will never be the person Shoto made all his memories with, the good and the bad

I love how this was made. I love the story idea. Makes you think, and feel a lot. Shoto's story line makes my emotions do the macarena. But, I wouldn't forgive him. If I'm completely honest. Does that make me bad? I feel bad for original me. Imagining them. Still a monster. Hoping to be saved, knowing that shoto will never come back. Still forced to eat flesh... I wouldn't be with him for the suffering of old me. Even if the other me was saved. There's two... who would he chose? The traumatised broken me? Or the new me? And neither of me would want to be with him over what happened, I would... hate my old me, for having got to still marry him and the past... Ahhhh my heart

After everything, did they ended up dying anyway? I was honestly hoping that they'd come back, maybe having to fight Shoto for a while under Epidemic's control and that would be what forced him to rely on his friends again. If in the next episode they're revealed to be dead, Shoto is just as responsible for the real version of his spouse dying on the merit of him literally leaving them with Epidemic to be with their replacement. Like, he just left them in the hands of the person who caused their condition in the first place to snuggle up to the wind-up toy he made for him, not knowing if it was even real or if the clone would try to kill him to get him out of the way. I get he was desperate but lord. Them being sick was Epidemic's fault but they end up dying it's Shoto's fault. I'm still interested in this story but Shoto moving on from his spouse and accepting that fake version that Epidemic made for him has me furious. It's good storytelling but boy I can't stand Shoto right now. He's such a hypocrite for acting all devoted and willing to burn the world down for his spouse only to turn around and abandon them to the one person they needed him to protect them from the most. I love you so much Yato, this story is a wild ride but boy oh boy does my man have me heated. They lost everything, their health, their friends, their humanity in a sense and maybe even their life and he's just out here getting frisky with a doll that has their face.
