The second one is not linear,it is non linear

wrong, its only nonlinear if it curves

It does not seem to be curved, nor random, so therefore I would assume that it is linear; the data appears to follow a line, it is not randomly placed, as the data points are all around a specific area, it is clearly a positive relationship, and the line drawn fits it well. You are incorrect, it is a linear relationship.
