To anyone that can't find "Primer 919" or another recommended sealer/accelerator, glue drying accelerators are a good alternative! I used "Starbond glue accelerator" and it works like a charm 💕✨️

The material depends on the final finish and working time. 1. sofubi heaping with electric heating pen which is beautiful, does not crack or peel but the working time is very long. 2. resin or putty, which can be broken but requires less time to heap and shave. Victoria Vidaud, thank you for your comment. The head is vinyl. The putty was described as a chemical reaction type adhesive. It may not be the same as epoxy putty.
