Im a purple belt and got anterior hip replacement 1.5 years ago. My hip is great now and i have no restrictions. If i am rolling 1. Only roll with people you trust and are familiar with. 2 If you end up in a situation that you dont know the outcome just tap and re start.3 Do not roll with white belts ( because they spaz) and 3 stay with people your size or smaller.
