Ricardo Franco had already done that... The fight was stopped due to a bad cut on Sweeney's nose. Great fight, unfortunate way to end it. Sweeney had Franco down and he looked done, but he finished the round and as I've said the fight was stopped.

Brilliant fight been waiting months for this to get on utube well done both hard fight good win by Barry.Jimmy is very arkward to fight but Barry never gave up he was like a runaway train unstoppable, There will be a rematch no doubt but be good to see Barry fight Franco.

Exactly, which means Jimmy can usually dictate the distance, pawing away jabs with the left and flicking the left. Jones got in his face, using his right jab to lock in the range and unleashing that left. Brilliant fight.

I'm amazed this is even legal. Pretty rough sport if ask me. But quite high standard, these are not just two violent nimrods going at it, but obviously trained athletes.
These commentators should just stfu. Seriously, anyone who didn't see this kid was going to dominate Sweeney from the beginning must have been watching an entirely different fight than I was. Sweeney panicked at the end and started hoping to get an eye poke against Jones, because he knew he was going to lose. Sweeney's footwork and technique was bad. The kid has good footwork and his punches were technically sound. He also has that kid stamina, and Sweeney could see that too. Jones also took the best Sweeney had to offer in the first round while they were fresh. Who are these announcers and why are they talking?
Sweeney gets rocked hard in round two, and he moves like he knows he's in trouble. But his style just doesn't work with Jones. It kind of sad to see the King dethroned.
