My analysis of the situation: Esther is threatened by Nunu's sense of self. Nunu is carefree and unbothered, whereas Esther's mind is in a self-imposed prison of 'pick me'-ism and internalised misogyny. Esther's envy of Nunu has morphed into undisguised hatred, which displays itself as relentless bullying. I'm just glad Nunu is standing up for herself now.

I went to school with the sort of girls like Esther. Not nice at all. But will scream like a banshee when you even attempt to defend yourself.

The way Esther looked at Nunu was very disgusting to watch. Esther is defiled, rude, self-centered and fully on steroids. This ego of hers must be deflated. Nissy is fake and she antagonised the situation and hyped Esther by her reactions. She wasn’t being fair to nunu and was acting like Esther got Attacked randomly. People love to act like she’s a nice calm god fearing person but she’s sly and the last episode showed her true colours

I think that a lot of Esther's behaviour towards Nunu it stems from the fact that Esther is essentially a "pick me" and is quite intolerant of other girls that choose to live their lives differently. So Esther tries to present herself in such a way that embodies this but you can tell she's quite insecure because despite everything, none of her efforts have been realised. She goes in on the "lesser" Nunu who "deserves" to be called out so that she can feel better about herself. Nunu on the other hand, is confident and comfortable within herself and her decisions. She doesn't seem to give a flying f*ck about how she "should" act/look/present herself, she just seems to go after what makes her happy and this is reflected in her demeanour. So I think that Esther resents Nunu because of this, despite the fact that Esther (arguably) tries to do things and behave the "right way" at the end of the day, she and Nunu are equals. They're both in the same room, on the same show, getting the same exposure despite the differences in their respective backstories. Let's be honest, if a loving, stable etc. relationship is the goal Nunu will "win" every time. She comes across as genuine and just generally happier within herself, I wouldn't be surprised if she has better relationships (e.g. friendships) with people in general. No amount of "I'll cook and clean, keep my face beat, my body snatched and hold it down in a bedroom" will keep a man (or a good one anyway) if you're full of hate and resentment. Those negative emotions WILL manifest in some form, as we can see in the video. Esther probably is a nice girl, but she really needs to take a long look at herself and address her own personal demons. This isn't to say that Nunu is perfect and doesn't have any flaws, but Nunu just seems more self-aware and is probably more proactive at dealing with her personal problems.

That popping babies was the best clap back I've heard in so long. Honestly I was glad Nunu said that and we all know Esther cried cuz she was ashamed. No matter how much we look at it as Africans having a child out of wedlock is a shame because we are thought to hold ourselves till marriage and even thou times are changing there is still a negative eye on having a child/sex out of wedlock. So she was ashamed not angry.

I think Esther’s reaction was just a reflection of how insecure she is about having a child out of wedlock and still being single. And even though what Nunu said wasn’t nice...Esther has picked on her for the entire show continuously. This started out by her saying “that’s why you’re single” lol the irony. Esther had a whole child by herself at 21 and judges Nunu for being single. Esther seems very centered around being attractive to me. IE: Her obsession with having makeup, nails and hair on fleek all the time. Even risking her life to get her body done. You can tell she puts a lot of care into the way she looks and please don’t try to convince me that has nothing to do with her trying to attract a man. While Nunu seems to have a very clear definition of self and doesn’t care about being desirable to men. Something I think Esther wishes that she had but can’t because of her insecurities surrounding her decision to have a child by herself. Esther feels like she is not as valuable to men because she is a single mother and most men do not want to deal with women who already have a child by another man. Which is why I am almost absolutely positive that Esther prefers to date men who already have children that way she doesn’t have to deal with that insecurity. Esther needs a therapist and a lot of self love. This anger and insecurity that she has as a woman will unconsciously effect her child.

This is a CLASSIC case of "dish it, but can't take it!!!" No yes, did NuNu's comment have some bite to it - YES!!!! Did she have to go there - maybe not. She could've stopped at the "what were you doing at 21?" Regardless of whatever struggle Esther endured, you can't always expect to be coming for people, and then play victim when someone comes for you!! This is a classic case of what I call "soft chin". And while I understand the other members of the panel attempting to deescalate the situation, I found it tremendously unfair the way they all jumped on NuNu when Esther stepped away!!! I get feeling as though children are off limits - though I must remind you, NuNu's comment WASN'T about Esther's child - just like Esther's comment wasn't solely about the men NuNu can or can't keep.
