as an art teacher i would like to add a few things, 1) rather than making a translucent borderline try to give it a shadow effect by making them at an angle and use white on the opposite side to give the light reflection effect or 2) Rather having just a line, paint all over the leaf beneath (this case light is exactly from the top)
What kind of paint did you use to do that on the leaves? And is that black paint like a chalkboard paint or that glossy paint? And does the leaf have to be like green or brown or white?
I'm currently trying this for the 2nd time with white acrylic stamping paint and it feels less messy than normal white acrylic... I'm using normal acrylic for everything other than the white stamping paint for the leaves, although I think I'll need watercolour for 'the wash' that she uses in her other videos. Good luck ☘️
Hi👋. May you help me answer this? Do you use tissue to make the painting dry faster? Does it cause any damage to the painting? I tried to paint but it takes a long time to dry 😢
Yes, pls explain how you did it, what paint was used on each layer etc. I can't find any helpful how to info on these. I've tried several times, unsuccessfully. Any help is much appreciated 🙏
I tried it but it doesn't work. I was greatly disappointed ☹️ I was a big follower of you and trust you a lot but for the very first time and trying your painting by the same step you do
