They are called gravity stops/pins. And yes they will, however if you don’t position at optimal angle for cutting it will break the fiber wire/cord. I’ve been taking these out for 30 years and use a variety of techniques. This guy is very handy with the fiber wire tools. I have the same one. It saves a bunch of time.
@@M31410no need to replace them, there really only there to speed up assembly for the car manufacturers. Just ensure that any holes that are outside the urethane bead are covered/filled so water doesn't get into the car
