It happens when ppln leave there garbage out or ppl feed them. There stomach changes and they get used to human food, they can't go back to there old diet

I agree. Human population is out of control. They are just trying to live. Maybe plant more fruit trees and nuts in the area. This is really sad. 😔

The black bears are being unfairly targeted because of the color of their fur. Maybe it suffers from mental illness and just needs a social worker.
