It's a Canadian show that had really strong fighters who are mostly women. He is incredibly fast in this show and it might prep up for what is to come in Warrior season 2.

I love the jail fight scene. It was one of the fight scenes that I first saw before actually watching the show and it got me very curious about the storyline.
