This is a new song I’m currently writing about how falling into love is scary because you feel as though your idea of love no longer exists in today’s society. And growing pains is explained in heart break and heart break is a necessary for growth and a right of passage into adulthood. But this is viewed as unfair because it can make falling in love again discouraging and harder each time you go through it regardless of the scenario.

Every heart to heart I change the subject
I keep it short, I keep it close to the chest

About all the loving that I’ve lost
I say hell I’m fine I’m just doing me
But if you asked me on a deeper level
My heart is bound by the lover’s devil
