Nah, this series was awesome. But so was highschool of the dead and look how that's turned out.

This series actually has source material unlike HsoD. The manga for HsoD has been on hiatus for forever and doesn't look like it will ever progress. The anime and manga are pretty well identical all the way to the end of each. I'm afraid Black Bullet probably just wasn't popular enough to get another adaptation. Also more and more anime are getting non-linear adaptations from their respective LNs. This is sad because it means the death of a lot of sequels to good anime and more side-story related anime releases...

Kinda sucks. Still, we can hope.

One of the worst anime I've seen in a while imo. Felt very directionless just because of the 20 different directions they were trying to go with the anime in just 12 episodes. It also felt very rushed and random things happenned one after another that didn't lead to a progressive feeling or conclusion. Maybe it would've worked better as a 24 episode anime.
