How beautifully you cut the veggies, I mean onion & tomatoes. This kaala chana is not much eaten in West Bengal by Bengalis in this process. We usually eat it soaked or boiled. But not in curry form. In curry form we eat either kaabuli chhola or chick peas. So it took me a lot of time to actually understand what kaala chana is. Here we call it 'laal chhola'. I had heard about this north Indian dish a lot but could not understand what 'kaala chana' was. Now I'll make it. Thankyou chef.🙏
