The convenience of having air filters delivered directly to your tenant's doorstep on a bi-monthly basis, encourages them to be more accountable in changing them timely. We've actually noticed that air conditioners are holding up better than in the years past!
Right now we have more than 3,500 rental properties on the market, so inventory is still higher than we have seen in years past.
