True but the power creep is kinda expected for the final arc though i disagree that this arc doesn't need to happen it most certainly does coz certain plot points need to be addressed but its looking like its gonna be another D GRayman and its gonna take years before we reach the end
Not to be a smartass, but yeah... Mangakas are at the top of the list of who the world finds important. And many of their health issues are their own duing by living unhealthy lives. (This is coming from someone who hates sports and thinks sports fans are more cringe than anime fans, which I am one)

Also the anime was the MOST watched show on crunchyroll at the time and ever. So the anime also wasnt failing. It was only up for him but he wanted the break.

Black Clover is amazing the only problem is the release schedule hpnestly. BC could've easily been up there with JJK and the likes. The schedule destroyed all the hype
Black clover lacks in depth story telling ability. It’s just to straight forward and an easy read. Doesn’t do it justice in the end. Cause there isn’t much excitement towards the following chapters. It’s just gonna be everyone getting bs power ups than winning. It still amazes me how lackluster nozel and fuegoleon have been. Meroleona, yuno, yami, nacht, Noelle, luck have been taking all the lime light. How were any of us supposed to be convinced any of those frauds were wizard king candidates 😂 Ryu and yusuga were wasted aswell they could’ve been aiding the clover kingdom rn aswell as the ryuzen seven. Still zero updates on how the other kingdoms are fairing off during this whole entire attack. I’m guessing this fool Lucious only went after the clover kingdom. Where is adramalech and his devil army at too rn 😂

My coworker (late 20s/30s) once told me he explained the story of black clover w/o mentioning its anime at a dinner. Everyone immediately asked where to watch the movie and finally reveals its anime/manga. They all sat there rethinking about the anime stigma they all had lol

It’s definitely not dead, but it’s not receiving the recognition it deserves either. Mainly because the manga relied a lot on the anime to increase its popularity and now we’re in a bit of a stalemate where it won’t get much traction until the anime gets re-announced. I know it’s a shame but that’s how it is unfortunately 🥲🥲🥲
I know it was a quarter release and end of March beginning of April and never saw it come out. So I assumed it was delayed for another 3 months. So I was shocked to see it come out because videos started showing up.

As someone who has BC as one of his top 10 anime it is still quite good. However given 3 months of separation between chaptwr releases sorta slows or even kills hype. Like lets say BC got a Spade Saga adaption. And it was at the level of TYBW of Shibuya. Everyone would be at max hype for BC even with 3 month downtime. But since their's nothing to fill that gap it seems like no one carez

You can tell with the 3 chapters since it's return thst the writing is better so it was a needed hiatus tabata ganna cook a decent ending and the animr returning will bring all the hype back

Ngl, these bc video topics are annoying, no cap. "Black clover is dead" "black clover is fall off" "black clover is a rip off of [insert series]" and so on. I get it, these RU-vidrs get views speaking negatively on bc. But as fan of manga in general, constantly spreading negativity news/topics onto the fandom isn't cool. On another note, bc not getting the same views as before was clearly gonna happen. The Black clover manga in wsj was never as successful in comparison to mha, jjk, haikyuu or chainsaw man. Switching it a quarterly release is obviously gonna hurt the views.

All of the Crimson lions and herself are now mana, she definitely can't come back. The creator seems to be killing off characters, Captain Jack is a prime example. Given that the story is reaching its end the mangaka might be willing to kill off characters. But we will see once the final battle is over.

The whole way recovery magic works on all scales is to heal the injuries of the body, and right now Mereo and her squad don't have bodies, they're just made up of condensed mana, mana that will eventually have to deplete itself from use. The only plausible solution I can see happening is if Julius can regain control and use the combined Zogratis attributes to make them new bodies, but that's only if he can pull it off before its too late.
Black Clover is peak I just thinks there’s so many ppl that saw the movie then watched the anime and the will read the manga once I’m finished with the anime im loving black clover so far im on episode 92
