Recipe:
Few pcs of pakhi
Few pcs of thomsom
Few pcs of red dates
Few pcs of black dates
A small amount of gojiberries
Handful of dried longan
2 thumbsize of ginger
2 liter water
You can get all the ingredients from chinese medical hall. Ask them to prepacked RM6 or 1 person portion of the above ingredients (not inclusive of longan).
Else you can buy everything separately and mix together.
1. In a pot add in water and all the ingredients. Bring to boil.
2. Boil for 30mins.
3. Keep in thermal pot to keep warm.
4. Serve.
