Woodman did not have the ball, if Lydia had attempted any tackle on Woodman then it would have been a offence. What it was was a collision 💥 of the ball, with a clash of heads, Lydia could not duck her head as if she was tackling because she wasn't tackling, and the question is if Woodman did not have the ball then why did she run right into Lydia ? playing for a red.

@@MeanAzz_13 Two English girl's went for HIA's oops the TMO seemed to have missed them, no card's not even a penalty. Seems like in NZ rules are optional depending on the colour of your shirt, and that trophy was stolen not earned.

Absolute forward pass. Tbf, the ref on the field wanted it checked but the video ref didn't and when they eventually did, they declared the pass legal. Rugby politics.

Plus you can clearly see from the replay that the winger has already over-run the support line and is in front of the passer at the time of the pass. No gripes about the result, but that try shouldn't have stood

@@MrSpleenboy Wait, are we talking about the 5th try or the 6th? If we're talking about the pass by the ten metre line, It does not go that far forward at all. It looks like it goes further forward than it does because it's passed from low to high. And no the passer is in front of the ten metre line and the winger is still BEHIND the ten metre line when it is released.

@@amireallythatgrumpy6508 I was being facetious. I'm not easily conned when it comes to alleged forward passes. Unlike most, I take a considered approach. It's not only the upwards motion in this case but the optical illusion is generally caused by the fact that we are looking at a distorted picture of a rugby field on a flat screen from a moving camera. Not the best tool in the world to be using but apparently the only one we have until some genius comes up with an accurate method.

@@DarkMoonWayfarer My pick? Stop Englands maul, you stop England. I don't see enough expansive rugby from them it's all 100% structured. When the B.Fs play open offloading rugby the Poms be chasing all day, which in turn scrambles their defense n breaks their structures, which inevitably the gaps appear. We won't beat them upfront they're too strong, but we'll knacker them out so much that their maul won't be as effective like it is against the weaker teams.
