I'm doing a research project on these guys for my Biology class lol

I did a presentation in graduate school in 1984 on black footed ferrets. I have original letters from Dave Belitsky and other wildlife managers of that time. My students even made up a game in the Kingdom of Cummings about BFF's. Check it out!

What I heard at the time was that the bf ferrets were nearly all killed off by Tom Thorne’s dog’s distemper.. The remaining breeding pair , Becky and Scarface were sent to an other breeding facility in Colorado...
