Black Forest cake! The delicious famous cake! My Black Forest gateau has an airy, fluffy chocolate base and lots of cherries from a jar. I decorated the edge of the cake with roasted almonds. It is very delicious and also an absolute highlight as a birthday cake or for any other celebration. 👍 Of course this cake is a favorite cake for many. Ingredients:
150 g butter (soft)
150 grams of sugar
4 eggs
100 grams of chocolate
50 g ground almonds
50 g breadcrumbs
50 grams of flour
1 packet of baking powder
50 g cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
250 ml cherry brandy juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
Cinammon
500 g sour cherries from the jar
750 ml whipped cream
60 g powdered sugar
3 packs of whipped cream
60 g flaked almonds
