I went pretty much to the crystal shop and bought those, which is what I almost always do every year. I have to say, I love the new Black Friday Loyalty Points Events, Even low spenders could get really lucky on those Premium Character Boxes. Not me I got Thing and Sunbird, now if Sunbird's uniform didn't suck, I'd have been a whole lot more excited. lol
Wait how is this CTP pack comparable to reforging? To get that same chance you need 7 CTPs total *during* chance up. @ 4:30 The same amount of cash gets you ~9200 crystals which is 22 pulls. I don't how certain 7 CTPs is in that amount.

RNG has always and will ALWAYS be this game’s crutch. If you’re gonna spend $200 plus, they need to stick to just giving you the option or in other words, a “selector”.
+Cynicalex So what is the top crystal amount spent if you have the worst RNG to get each step of the Bingo event? I heard you say 10,000 for the first 2 steps so is that 5,000 crystals for each full bingo line? Also which items should you purchase in the event to get the most out of it?
So, i just spent over 10k crystals: Bought Mystique and Emma Frost. Bought uniforms from: Shuri, Wong, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Maya Lopez, Thanos, Ebony Maw and Thor. Omg i waited and saved crystals the whole year to this dayyy

Is it just me or does all of this seem insanely overpriced? It's like someone's grandmother set the prices of a product that she has no understanding of. There's no variety, and they don't even change anything to make things a little more enticing or spicy. Put some of these old a$$, useless uniforms on bigger sale. Or how about these crystal characters like NegaSonic that are completely useless in the game ? Every CTP pack, T3 selector, transcend selector, and P card set is equally worth 50 bucks? Really? It's just the same old lazy copy and paste. The T4 material prices are nuts. I don't really see the point of buying things other than uniforms. I could always use Mighty and Brilliant CTPs, but with as much as they cost to unequip them every time a new meta character pops up, they just don't see worth it. And they didn't even add any new characters to the Transcend selector. They could have at least given players T3 materials instead of freakin Bios that we can already get for FREE.

As fascinating as these deals seem to be, I don't think I will be financially secure enough to partake in more than a single premium crystal purchase. And even then, the person helping me make it asked that I give them until the weekend to see if they could pull off the $30 pack.
I don't think I'm buying anything for a long time mainly because of the Blakc Panther Update, I'm really sour over the lakc of effort by the Devs, they literally lost millions of dollars, the characters are straight AZz all of them except Namor in my experience, no synergy uniforms or T-challa, what were they thinking 🤦 they can Literally eat Bacon Shyt 💩 Those Prices also for the mediocre rewards, I'm cool. With obelisk only proc matters right? I recently got a 200% proc on a obelisk and put it on iron man but the other stats are both cold resist should I keep it the way it is or re roll

I don't know why...but I feel, the game does not deserve any spending this year. Also they miss the opportunity to get many 50 bucks just by not making a reforged Rage pack. And as you mentioned...most offers are simply overpriced.

Is it even possible to make progress in this game as a F2P player? Overall, I've spent around 70 dollars during the last 3 months for some uniforms, season pass and daily bonuses, but I am not doing any crazy progress... My highest ATK stat on my characters arrange from 15k up to 20k.... Especially with all these Epic stories and the Research they need to progress further.... And I don't even know how many recourses you need to start crafting good Comic Cards, Urus, Custome Gears, Artifacts etc.... I don't know... It seems impossible to be F2P. I feel like I'll grow grey hair until I get my first T-4 Character :P
skip epic quest for now (execpt if you want dr.strange) and focus more on comic cards and building cheap meta characters like iron man, captain america, thor, shuri, ms marvel, hulk, venom, etc. if you want spend just buy stark stash once a month
@@Basara33 Bsc, I do buy stark stash and season pass. I do have Thor T-3 via "Tier-3 Selector" I got for returning to the game 2 months ago, today I maxed the "Potential" on Human Torch from the Black Friday Selector, I am reaching level 70 with Venom and Iron-Man via Grinding. Also, I am close to T-3 Spider-man, I need 5 more books to do so. I got a few good uniforms that I bought months ago and a few today with the discount, but with all these I feel my stats are bad. Today I managed to rank up Thanos to level 10 and that's only because I bought some Uniforms... Iron-Man, Venom etc.... xD :'D
It is completely possible to enjoy and play as F2P, but if you're a new player, you shouldn't expect to be able to do GBR Dormaammu and getting T4 characters. Focus on key characters to help level up your whole account.
@@SmilingDesperado I was playing a single MMO for over 10 years. I know what grind is. Ofc I do not expect to reach T-4 with a character in a week... But the game is so overwhelming with so many thing you have to grind for for month and months without letting anything aside, limited by energy and that makes it seem impossible to be F2P and be able to max things out in a logical period of time.... For example. Giant Raid Boss. 25-E per run, 10 runs per day = 10 Premium Comic Card tokens. Meaning 1 Premium Comic Box every 2 months. In order to do 10 runs per day you need 250 energy only for that. Pretty much you are unable to do anything else. And all this for a Card that is totally random,... On other activities the more you play the more energy you have to pay... The game literally punishes you for playing it... Even if i want to spend gems and refill my energy is not worth it. The game is fun, it has a nice gameplay, it is enjoyable, but the game is based more on the progress of things than the gameplay itself. It's not DoTa I mean. It makes me feel that if you are not a whale, your time alone is not enough. The daily time, 24 hours, feels not enough.
@@shacromgmc3602 That's fair. I wasn't trying to attack you, btw. After you break down what the issue is, I see where you're coming from. I was talking about from the standpoint of there being enough characters and content to get you through the game without really having to shell out a lot of money. There are F2P characters that are much better than expensive Native T2, T3, and premium characters. Investing in the right ones early on is key, imo. But I agree that energy is definitely an issue. There are a lot of important game modes that require it, and you'll basically deplete your resources after playing one game mode. (Like going through Story Mode or the Rifts) Are you doing 10 Giant Raid Boss runs everyday??? I just do it 2x (after raising the boost points naturally) usually and can get all of the tokens. THe cards are a long grind, but I think it's reasonable, imo. Good cards shape your whole game, and there's not a lot of PVP, so you're really just competing against yourself in most content. But I get what you're saying. And I agree that despite being enjoyable to play, the game is more about progress than gameplay, and that's a negative in my book.
Honestly, I really don't want to give them anymore of my money. If they don't even care enough to fix or at least explain the problem about the players who lost in game sound
The monthly Crystal subscription is best value. Investing $100 in the monthly subscription over 2 years will give me more crystals than paying for the Black Friday deal.
