I just saw a documentary called The True Cost on Netflix and they showed a part of a haul from Beth. I've been a motavator for years but I now agree that buy and buy more clothes of fast fashion industry is not a good message. There's many problems behind the production of inexpensive clothes and we're being part of that problem.
mónicalosi I feel that same way! I’ve been buy all my cloths mostly second hand from thrift stores or apps after I found out about fast fashion. But I will have to watch that documentary! Thank you
@@emr_poems2272 I get it, and we actually need clothes... you know to cover our bodies. Thing is sometimes we buy clothes just for consumerism, and we don't value it as we should. We don't need to buy clothes every week, and when we do buy we have to be aware that garment has an impact on the environment and in the lives of the people who make it in Bangladesh, Cambodia and other developing countries.
emr_poems 22 going off at what mónicalosi said, when you NEED a clothing item you can buy it used; from a friend or online, swap with someone or buy in an actual Thrift shop. Or if you have the means to; buy from an ethical brand. If none of these are an option just buy what you need from that fast fashion brand.
omg I went to forever 21 too and bought the same blue sweater hoodie and an olive green jacket but it has faux fur on the hoodie and sheep texture inside the jacket. Anyways your so prettyyy😍
