Two solutions to smoke detector battery issues. We automatically changed the batteries in every detector when the time changes (March and November) each year. That way, we never got the random and one off alarms. But recently we discovered smoke detectors with 10 yr batteries. Every 10 years, you put up entirely new smoke detectors. We replaced all of ours with these newer 10 yr detectors.

(1) We refer to violent diarrhea as a "poo-nami." (2) I do go to church, and I know exactly what that incense smells like. I'm going to have to look for that fragrance!!! (3) It's so lovely to have Laura as part of Mishmas.

the asymmetrical dress looks really good on you! maybe add a thin belt although you're not a big fan of belts or a vest on top, so there's a little more shape. great shopping outfit or just to go about town!

Hope Butters is all better now. My Lucy loves to chew or sticks which never ends well in the poop department. After dealing with the random beeping of detector batteries for years, we decided to change all smoke detectors with the spring time change whether they need it or not and note it in the battery box where spare batteries are kept. And why do they always start beeping in the middle of the night? Enjoyed the try on. Really enjoy seeing Lara!

I hope Butters feels better!❤ Regarding the obscene noise, we had our AC technician replace all our smoke detectors with 10 year life replacements. However, when we had a extreme freeze no water, heat or electricity for 3 days 2 units went out……replacement were at no cost.

Loved the try on with your friend! Also for our smoke detectors we just started changing the batteries every time there is a time change. I have 2 daughters that are terrified of piercing beeps so that was the only way I could find to make sure it didn’t happen anymore.

That COS black skirt is verrry Prada. You’re right, it’d look great with a Prada chunky grey wool sweater, or even like a simple silk tank top and blazer? I love the ruffled silk blouse on you a lot, though it reminded me of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry had the ruffled fancy shirt lol. But it’s good on you! And the sleeves looked good with your rings.

I actually really liked those barrel pants on you. Also, one tip, I see lots of people rolling up those pants in a big cuff if they are more petite and it looks great! You should try that I think you would appreciate it much more.

Loved the ruffle neck blouse and black pants. Very stylish. And that last jacket from Everlane. I’m from Melbourne Australia - Country Road are still around. I find their clothing hit and miss. One season you want everything. The next not so much. Their sizing also runs large. They also have a sister company Trenery which has some nice pieces. Both use a lot of sustainable fabrics and lots of neutrals with splashes of colour in pieces for contrast. Very high quality too.

My house was built in 1980. My smoke detectors are hardwired. They run on electricity. We added extras......THOSE always chirp at some ungodly hour! I often wear frankincense and myrrh fragrance oil from Indigo Wild/ Zum. I love it! I hope Butters is feeling better ❣

Smoke alarms in this house create havoc when they start that shrill chirping. The one above my bed (too high for me to reach even on my ladder) started chirping last Jan 1st. Snow on the ground and 30 below wind chill! Charlee (my Mal-Shih) immediately pooped on my bed before I could jump out. That noise killer her ears! I had to call the fire dept for help. I apologized profusely but that is what they said they want us to do. I had to tell them my dog was so freaked out she pooped all over the place. I didn't want them to think the odor was something normal in my home!!🤣 Catholic here! I could smell that "church" fragrance like you'd sprayed it through the video. I would like it. Happy Mishmas Day 11!🎄

Oh… I’ve been there with the detector going off at 3 am…..beeping and saying fire, fire 🔥 fire! Tried twice to get it to shut off…. Wouldn’t reset itself…..it has now been replaced…..I don’t understand why it’s always in the middle of the night! lol

Michelle you may want to focus on where the shoulder seam falls on you for sizing… even with full body fullness in your tops and jackets it wouldn’t look like they are falling off you. I personally love your style!

I'm late. Good afternoon. Busy with a sweet senior cat that we rescued over the weekend. She's a sweetheart, who's had a horrible life. She's now safe and sound. I'm so thankful that the smoke detector and sprinkle system is wired into the house. Oh poor Butters. Is she OK? I'm sorry Michele. My cat decided to puke on the bed at 1:30, and I've been up since. I never heard of that particular Armani fragrance. It sounds amazing. I agree with Laura. The 1st top is too big. You really lost weight, not that you didn't look fabulous before. The ruffle blouse is beautiful. The black floral skirt is very pretty, but size down. Love the long black dress. I like the asymmetrical hemline. I like the collar less jacket. The fleece is calling my name. Too cute!! Enjoy your new wardrobe. ❤❤💖

Those 2nd pleated grey cropped cos trousers actually have buttons inside the waist band so you can adjust the waist I believe

I swear my babies always get the poops either at buttcrack early morning or during my lunch from work. Nothing like walking in for lunch and smelling poop. Then I gotta clean it and them. Ugh it sucks. I wish they could talk so they could tell us “ look I ate some nonsense outside , so I’m gonna have the shits “ lol

I have a very similar skirt from Zara this last summer, I had to get it in a small as it was oversized! I’m a uk 12/14 so was so chuffed to get in a small😂😂I love love love it! And it also has pockets! I’d definitely go for the size down! The fabric here in the uk we call she’ll suit material!😂
