EXO actually used to run on treadmills while singing. Kind of like how Beyoncé trained, they did as well. Many Kpop idols use this technique to better their stamina and singing while dancing. PLEASE REACT TO EXO LIVE AT SBS TEMPO AND LOVE SHOT AND ALSO REACT TO THEIR GUIDES BY (MOUMA K EXO- L)
They only used the lighting for the effects of it, they don’t always do this is! Majority of every kpop group/artist make dance practices especially because of their fandoms that want to learn the moves!
Yooo I LOVE LOVE LOOOVEE your reactions. Idk your reactions are my fave 😂 probably because you guys are totally new to kpop and there’s soo much more you need to check out 😂 I would highly recommend NCT, they are another group under the same company as EXO. Their music is BOMB. I would recommend NCT 2018 - Black On Black. AMAZING performance!
You should react to SEVENTEEN - (HOME) MUSIC VIDEO and DANCE PRACTICE.They are kpop boygroup too. Under PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT.They produce and choreograph they’re own songs. They have 13 members(so many) hehe:).They are know because of they’re singcronization when it comes to dance practice.Btw I like your reaction 😊🙏🏻Thank you 🙏🏻😘
This is usually how dance practices go. They're basically just showcasing the choreo. They don't always film in fancy lighting like this, but yeah, if you like dance videos, pretty much every group/artist in kpop makes them
Honestly it's not that fancy. It's just studio spotlight. The hot spotlight that hurts your eyes and make you sweat. What's fancy is their filter and editing. But honestly it's very minimalistic and simple editing.
They don’t have a mirror from where their dancing at!!! Only the left side!!! The dance practice has to be perfect and the dance practice video are never released until the actual MV has reach a certain amount of views
please react to NCT Boss and 7th sense dance practice! they are SHARP!! and NCT Regular english version pleaseeeee and yes you guys should react to guide to them, but please choose the right one 😂
*answers to all your questions:* -EXO comes from SM entertainment which is one of the “Big 3” agencies in Korea and they make the most money for that company. they have a whole team of choreographers that helps make their routine for them, like most kpop groups (black pink, bts, twice, etc) -Exo dance style is a lot of transitions and hitting to the beat. (glad u noticed!) -if u were amazed by him wearing the air force ones while practicing..you might not want to watch their other dance practices where they wear yeezy’s and balenciaga shoes lol -the one at the end that hit the falsetto note that u said “had pipes” is Baekhyun. he had the lip piercing in the mv
The person who actually choreographs some of EXO’s dances is KASPER! He’s a famous dancer and has made lots of dances for SM artists. According to NCT and EXO in their interviews, it takes them about 3-4 months to finish a dance for a new song
To see their stage presence please watch exordium and elyxion concert clips 🙏their concerts have tje fastest ticket sales in the world with 0.2 sec 2 times and 3rd one belongs to them as well with 0.4 sec
The main dancers are Lay with the jacket, Kai with the grey sweater, and Sehun with the grey cap. The all are great dancers though. And since it’s a dance practice video, it’s always a video where they master the dance.
EXO CBX BLOOMING DAYS AND EXO ELECTRIC KISS DANCE PRACTICE IF YOU LOVE THE FORMATIONS ELECTRIC KISS IS THE ONE!!!!! OR BOTH!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR REACTING TO EXO
Listen you guys if you wanna go back watch the movement again then just do it, EXO choreographies are top notch so you'll enjoy more if you see every details
Electric Kiss Dance practice please. It has one of the best choreography, it’s quite difficult and they are so in sync in that video. Would appreciate if you would react to it!!!!
"Whoever is singing right now got pipes"...yeah that's Baekhyun, one of the main vocals ;) You need to see EXO-CBX Blooming Day dance practice..it's so smooth, and watch the guides for each member! Also...when you get to the live performances...it's over, you're sold! ^_^
EXO KINGS AND LEGENDS OF K-POP FOREVER ETERNA-A FACT THAT HAS NO LONGER NEEDS ANYONE'S APPROVAL. To say that in EXO someone is better and someone is worse is simply IMPOSSIBLE because absolutely every participant is unrealistically talented, this is literally an IDEAL GROUP. Every EXO group and solo album is on a completely different level to this day, even after 10 years of career. I am absolutely not afraid to say that EXO is a real K-POP, now there are countless groups in the fourth generation, but they absolutely do not stand out in any way, trying to focus more and more on the West and POP music, thereby becoming monotonous and disposable. EXO is the only band in the entire K-POP industry, by the way, to this day where literally every member sings amazingly, including rappers and dancers. Minute popularity does not determine the talent and legendarity of the artist, because even after 10 years of his career, EXO songs are literally sung by the whole of Asia, because EXO is the real K-POP. I will never stop admiring this amazing band, even if 40 years pass, let a billion more bands like bts be released, they will never surpass EXO because their music is timeless, this is what defines the legendary artist.
No avoid those as much as possible because the unhelpful fanmade guides arent as helpful as people think, they don’t tell you what you need to know about the group; so here’s a very helpful introduction to EXO....it’s much for informative for each member! YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE THEN JUST QUICK POPUP PHOTOS & GIFS OF EACH MEMBER ALONG WITH LITTLE BIT OF FANMADE POINT OF VIEW!! *Introduction to EXO **ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FUAvVpDYMQ4.html*
The one who's wearing a colorful jacket is LAY, one of the main dancers, beside KAI. He's also a solo artist and you can find his solo stuff on SMTOWN channel too, like Lose Control, Namanana, Give Me A Chance, Sheep, etc. Please react to more EXO's dance practices like Electric Kiss, Oh La La La, Blooming Day, Growl, etc. Thank you for reacting!!
Hey, thank you so much for reacting! And yeah, they're just showcasing the choreo but each of them is multitalented and can do singing, rapping and dancing. Also please react to exo-cbx blooming day dance practice please!!!!
They can memorize and execute a whole dance routine within a day. That's how hard they practice and trained in the past that their bodies are already so accustomed in moving to the beat and instantly absorb all that dance steps without going over it for days. One good example, is their "SIGN" performance at KBS Song Festival 2018. Where the choreographer himself said that they came up and practice the dance routine just a night before the performance. Like, tell me that's not talent and they aren't professionals in their filled *and ama go throw hands* just kidding. Here's a link if you want to check it out ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tPGxfw4P61Y.html
@2:49 guy in front there, is Kai (main center of EXO dance formations)...@3:20 Nope, theres not always a team of choreographers that help them....there can be just one choreographer that learns the moves then spends days to weeks perfecting the routine adding their own moves before teaching the group plus there are main & lead dancer members within EXO that learns the moves and help the others learn the dances!! *They do not practice like american dance crews or solo dancers, they have it more complex* @4:02 That’s LAY, and yes hes one of the main dancers, the only chinese member of EXO whos been stuck in china for quite some time having to serve his country by participating in chinese events & music festivals etc since from what i’ve heard chinese don’t go into the military so they have other ways of serving their country and he also travels back & forth to US doing events on top of promoting his solo side projects & new music....he is currently in LA last time i heard recently! @5:10 EXO oldest member Xiumin [Shiu-min] recently enlisted in the military for mandatory service for 1 1/2 years, EXO does have a planned comeback and I’m praying really hard it involves LAY this time since Xiumin is temporarily unavailable.
Kpop "dance practice" videos aren't really "practice" videos. Most of the time they are filmed in their dance studios and they are practicing the choreography, but a company won't release a group's dance practice footage until the group has perfected the dance and can perform it perfectly. The point of "dance practice" videos is to show off the choreography and to highlight the dance skills of the members. Kpop groups and companies started releasing dance practice videos about 10 years ago, after they discovered that fans were copying the dances and really wanted to learn the choreography. 'Dance Practice" videos are more like dance highlight or dance performance videos. For example with EXO the members probably spent about 10 hours a day for at least a week in the dance studio learning and perfecting this choreography and they didn't release this footage until they were able to pull it off flawlessly. EXO's "Monster Dance Practice" video is special compared to a lot of their other dance practice videos and a lot more production went in to filming this "practice video" then most of their other dance practice footage and most other group's dance practice videos. But its also not uncommon for a group to also release what is considered a "dance practice" video with special footage like this. It all depends on how popular the song and choreography is with fans and whether a company wants to create a lot of buzz around the song and dance. The main point of a "dance practice" video is to focus on the choreography of the song and to give fans a chance to see the full choreography without all the cuts and camera changes like what you see in their MVs and if you watch them performing on TV programs, etc. EXO's "Monster dance practice" video was filmed in one of SM Entertainment's dance studios and other than some fancy lighting and a little extra camera work, this was just a normal "dance practice" video, by Kpop standards anyway. :D You probably won't actually ever see them learning the choreography in their "dance practice" videos and most likely you won't ever see any mistakes or moves that aren't done to perfection. However, dance practice videos do give you a clear and full few of their full choreography, so if you are a fan that really wants to learn the dance, watching a "practice" video is a great way to do that. Its also a fun way to enjoy their dancing and to appreciate them for the amazing dancers that they are. On average Kpop stars spend about 10 hours or more a day in the dance studio for a week learning a new set of choreography and then they spend about a month perfecting the moves before they debut it in a music video, on music programs, on variety shows and in concert. Almost all main track Kpop songs have choreography even if you don't see any dancing in their MVs because they have to be able to perform the song live at music programs, award shows and in concert, etc. and they can't do that without having choreography to go with the song.
Fun fact, dance Vids were originally made for Broadcasting shows to see which member was singing and what to focus on. If you look at way older vids you’d see them raising their arms to signal it was their part. It became the norm after, now it’s just them showing everybody how it goes. EXO rarely put out these anymore and there is a team that works with EXO, very famous too, to name one, his name is Kasper, he has ig and has worked on this and Kokobop.
At least to my knowledge, their Company hired a Top Dance Choreographer to work with EXO and the Company's other artists, and I'm pretty sure as well EXO members also put their ideas too in creating the dance moves to match with the song.
These EXO boys, from what I've heard, don't sleep, unless they have perfected the choreo of a song. It's the discipline that makes their choreo on point...
Just to let yall know in Kpop a Dance Practice is never really a dance practice lol. Its just a video that helps you see thhe choreoography that you miss in the MV and without the special effects.
