Had a friend once who went by the name of woods. He played the guitar so beautifully it would sometimes make me cry. This reminds me of him. Great album. Beautiful, vulnerable, natural, sacred.

I'm so glad I keep finding more and more music like this. People saying it randomly popped up.. nah this, this is what I live for. You have no idea how painful it is looking for a song you've never heard and then finally hearing it and being in utter shock because you would've never thought the For You section of instrumental ambient would have this, the answer to your calls.

I'm usually a huge fan of post-rock, but it's never been suggested to me directly from youtube before. I'm not complaining, this is a solid album so far. Also kudos to the artist behind this album art, that's originally what got me to make the click. All around this is an A+ experience.

One sorrowful day, as rain was pouring down my face, I came across a masterpiece. With the first notes the weather didn't seem so bad, and rain droplets seemed to dance to the music. I wasn't alone anymore, and a small smile, no more than a smirk, touched my lips. A long forgotten feeling. My legs felt lighter and I could lift my head, facing the everlasting rain. It doesn't frighten me anymore. My path is steep and long, but I am not alone. Not anymore...

I don’t know why but the first song brings me back to my trips to the Mediterranean, such as Andalusia Spain or Sicily. It’s like walking through the beautiful lands again exploring the gardens and churches while the sun sets.

This awakens the most intense longing and yearning I've felt in years. It rips open the endless depths of wounds I forgot existed. It's all coming back and it's the most beautiful feeling I've felt since I lost what I once foolishly thought I'd have forever.

I urge you to listen to the music and try to really feel it. Let your imagination and memories take over. Connect the visuals to the audio and vice versa. It is a beautiful, beauitful thing, especially now when there is so much of uncertainty, fear and sadness.

Just had this in my recommended and I had a vague memory of the cover. Clicked, none of the song names rang a bell. And then 0:32 hit and I know I was here before ♪♫

The illustration just keeps bringing me to tears. It feels like he died a needless death and the forest is crying for him

Apart from conjuring images of an ancient woodland, shaded by immense moss-covered trees, flecks of sun rays sparkling on the forest floor... this music puts me completely in the moment. Nothing but the melody and my consciousness floating along with it, like two souls entwined, dancing and drifting through space and time.

"Dawn" sounds so familiar and yet so otherwordly. It makes me nostalgic for someplace I've never been.

Since I came across this recommendation, I've listened to this album like a hundred times.
