Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the preserver and Mahesh(Rudra) is the destroyer. All three are a aspect of Shiva(ishwara). When he creates we call his Brahma, when he preserves we call him vishnu, when he destroy we call him Rudra.

Brahma was created by Shiva , nothing has always been, so brahma has always been, and the two are not seporate! They are one God, one creation, one infinite. But who cares ! Infinite means nothing mattered, and if nothing matters then something diffently means nothing! LOL HAHAHA
