Crazy to see the teq full power art lol. They totally should have used the int lr ssj4 goku art! Jokes aside, he doesn't look that bad honestly, but im thinking the df version is gonna blow this guy out of the water

You would be correct, that is indeed the TUR art for TEQ Full Power Super Saiyan 4 Goku. Noticed that from a mile away.

Excellent review. SSJ4 reissue is quite sturdy. My copy doesn't have any trouble standing without a display base. Oh, and the paint on BHT's Goku looks soo good. I wonder if we could've sacrificed an accessory for paint on the pants.

The only thing I really prefer about the official is the pants. Like you said the BTH looks cheap. But with the loose ankles and old molds, maybe I'll get this but now I saw someone say DF said they're still releasing theirs and it'll have a kid Goku headsculpt so that may be a better investment.

Interestingly enough, df recently shot down rumors about them working with any other companies while also reannouncing their gt ssj4 goku. Apparently, if he actually releases, he’ll now be coming with a ssj kid gt goku head.

The darker red for the fur is probably from the color corrected version of dbgt

Putting the official pants(and hair, think official is more matte) on the Black Hole body+ankles might be the moves.

i’ve watched this review multiple times and even bought the figure (just waiting for it to get to me) but i keep seeing so many negative reviews online while also seeing a lot of good ones. its making me question whether i made a good purchase or not. what do you think deano? is the figure worth it in your eyes? do you think it’s a good alternative over the $80+ original ssj4 figure?

I had a lot of hope for Black Hole Toys but its starting to feel like Class E Adventurer

Its like both figures have some lubricant issues which is sad, the rock does look cool tho And tbh the shading looks great, it's just a shame they kind of fumbled on time jumper cuz it's one of my favorite forms 😢 Tho i have seen one of your replies saying you swapped the skirt from Kong to the BHT one, do you mind telling us how? I kinda wanna try that 😂
