Black Horses Talks About Harsh of Life with "Ashes"
[Jakarta, 15th September] - One of new generation 70's Rock pioneers, BLACK HORSES, is back with a powerful yet melodious and soul-stirring new release that promises to reignite the heart of vintage rock. Their latest single, "Ashes," is a testament to the band's enduring legacy and their ability to capture the essence of an era. With a key message centered around the harsh life of gentlemen, ashes, and smoke, and an ambience draped in ash gray, "Ashes" is set to leave an indelible mark on music enthusiasts and critics alike.
In releasing their new single, they also released a secret party that was attended by 100+ selected “Kusir” (their loyal listeners) at TreeHouse, Kemang, Jakarta Selatan. The secret party itself has a unique dress code of wearing any 70s outfit and no phones are allowed, reliving what it feels like going to gigs in a 70s era. The Live Session is recorded and will be released on the same date, 15th September 2023. They also release a very limited merchandise of the song, with their specialties in medieval art.

Formed in the early 2015s, Black Horses emerged as a powerhouse 70s rock band that seamlessly blended the nostalgia of the 70s spirit with a modern-day edge. Committed to reviving the spirit of vintage rock, they became known for their high-energy performances, acrobatic stage presence, and a sound that pleased both purists and contemporary music enthusiasts. The band members, led by charismatic frontman Oscario, were known for their acrobatic stage antics with a very high pitch voice. On lead guitar, Kevin Indriawan unleashed a torrent of electrifying riffs and searing solos that set the stage ablaze. Lucky Azari held down the low end as the band's bassist, providing a solid foundation that tied the music together. Julian's thunderous beats and precision drumming skills provided the band with a relentless drive that fueled their high-octane performances. Together, Julian, Kevin, and Lucky formed a tight-knit unit that propelled Black Horses to new heights. Their collective talent and dedication to their craft were the driving forces behind the band's rise to prominence.
