Korean Dramas are actually pretty good. There is low and highs, but in general they strive to put out a quality product, with a compeling story and cast of characters, and they can treat a wide Variety of divers subjects. No matter the genre of the series, it is always worth a watch.

Half the shows I watch now are Korean dramas, because they don't hold back on storylines and worlds, and they work to bring the story to a conclusion. So many of my favorite American shows (scifi/fantasy) have been canceled before they were completed.

South Korea is (has been) taking the entertainment industry by storm. They have been doing great music for years and most of us wouldn't have known except from watching videos on RU-vid. The rest of the world has been fans for years, but not in the US as much. It's great to see that groups like BTS & Black Pink are finally getting so popular that the US can't not notice. Their movies have been top notch too, and thanks to Netflix especially for bringing a lot of them to our homes. Old Boy was my first South Korean movie and I loved it. Also loved Train to Busan and a few others. Now we all know about Squid Game, and Parasite. I wish nothing but success for this new show which looks great. Can't wait to check it out!

I feel the exact opposite. Uninspired scripts, overtly pretty people with too much makeup in the apocalypse, horrible acting, over use of great quality gear in a end of days setting, all around bad costume design that revolves around future tech even though the world is on a decline.

Korean shows and movies are slowly if not already taking over Netflix, I've already watched other American movies and shows but none have surpassed what Korean movies and dramas are made of. Just pure excitement, action, and thriller all in one. I am not dissing on American shows or dramas but they gotta step up big time since Korean movies/dramas are already ahead of them. Not to mention Netflix is already investing $ 2.5 billion on these South Korean dramas whew!!!!!

I love these types of Korean shows as well. But for me, the European mystery/crime/thriller shows is king. The shows Dark and Broadchurch for example. The US film industry has to seriously step up their game if they don’t want to be overtaken by all these awesome non-American shows!

It's good to see Woobin back kicking some backside and looking so cool. 6 episodes was short, not one episode felt dragged at all. Good fighting scenes and the special effects were 👍First time watching SSH as a villain, Ryu was such a bad person who only thinks about himself. Aaaah Useless 😥 I like the Delivery Team and their bond.

Amazing post apocalypse show. Great atmosphere and dark dystopian science. The best part is that the series is only six episodes long and so because the story is condenced this particular series doesnt suffer from the common slapstick comedy, endless hero self-doubt and the "hero holding villain at gunpoint and letting him run around for eight more episodes" tropes that most Korean dramas suffer from. This one is on point.

hell of a show!! wanted to just watch the first episode but after finishing it ended up binging through the rest of the show. definitely recommend !! there was several storylines yet each of them flowed together beautifully and the action was always exhilarating to watch

It's an adaptation of a Korean webtoon that has nothing to do with death stranding. The original title is "Delivery Knight" and the writer is Lee Yoon-kyun, who was serialized from 2016 to 2019 Death Stranding came out in 2019.

Such a masterpiece it gave us EVERYTHING in just 6 episodes !!!! I literally binge watched the entire series in a day!! I do gotta say having such few episodes is a total bummer as it was so good but at the same time in just 6 episodes it gave us the full story which is the beauty of korean dramas no unnecessary crap straight to the point and without boring the audience a season 2 is a MUST !! Happy our beloved Kim WooBin is back and sexier than ever .

I love the uniqueness of this series. Best action series Ive watched so far. Kim Woo Bin is good with guns too 🥰. He is really versatile. You cant see any signs that he got sick. His return performance was amazing esp being the lead actor.🎉 Looking forward for part 2 of this.

Koreans is by far the closest in quality if not being better in a couple of aspects you wont see on Hollywood movies and TV series. Growing up in Uni as a guy I was labeled as feminine when I openly identified as someone who loves Korean movies. This was back in 2013 when I was having a blast watching titles like Oldboy, Confessions of Murder, etc. 10yrs later, so glad that the Korean wave as they call it back then, is now more mainstream. I did like SNSD but that was the extent of me trying to understand the other genre of the Korean industry.

Season 2 coming I hope =). This was my introduction to Korean cinema and I’m so excited for more…It’s a show I felt excited to watch like when I was younger and I mean that as a big compliment, that doesn’t happen too often these days.

Originally, the 2016 Korean webtoon "Delivery night" was the origin of the drama, and "Delivery night" started in December 2016, so it started much earlier than "DEATH STRANDING."
