@@juanm.mauriciobailon840 Well 1- It's a well known song, so it's an obvious joke 2- It happens to be a Led Zeppelin song which are partly famous for not being the most subtle with "inspirations" 3- It happens to be the Immigrant song which might not be their most original song
Crazy that Isaac is long gone from BC,NR and Black MIDI have broke up, could of been a great decade of both of them with an unstoppable album run from both and 2 years on I’d say it’s never happening now.
The attitude of these fine blokes reminds so much of early Mr. Bungle. A bunch of insanely talented goofs who aren't afraid of taking the piss out of themselves and be shitposty because their work speaks for itself. I love these kinds of people that don't take anything too seriously.
Tyler's voice is so beautifully melancholic, and yeaaaaah this Georgia attempt at Forget You is absolutely lovely. This whole covers section is so much joy to watch
today marks an important point in my life. everything after today is post-hearing geordie greep singing santa claus is coming to town. all downhill from here I'm afraid

It was plumb in the middle of Covid lockdown mind you. Apart from that though. It seems often the case though that a golden era exists of peak creativity coupled with live shows ironing out any issues, and the growing confidence of self belief. Often just before they blow up, which brings different pressures.
@codyunruh7071 it’s pretty much standard for unofficial karaoke, poetry and spoken word these days, and often for entire backing tracks. It’s become Pavlovian nowadays amongst the Instagramati.
This reminds me of my old band from 2000-2002 21st Century Ox... we had a saxophone player too. Our stuff is available on Spotify, RU-vid, Apple music etc...
Outrageous though it may seem, they got someone else to do that one! Not as good as this one! This was financially one of the most successful of all the Covid livestreams.
Yeah, it was a buzz and a privilege to film it. I had some stress with the edits as I lost the whole project more than once, so had to do a marathon 18hour edit to pull it round.
No need for one this year. Last year's Stream was to support The Windmill venue threatened with closure due to Covid regs and them not receiving government support. We can attend gigs freely now too.
It was during lockdown, so we were allowed to congregate for work, but audiences weren’t. It was a fundraising live stream to help support the Windmill which was under threat of closure.
Yup. Georgia. Also half of Jockstrap. I think a great many people fell in love with her from this performance, if they weren’t already. She certainly exhibited her exhibitionist side here, but check out Jockstrap.
