It's obvious from the comments that many people haven't had a milia. They not like your average pimple or black head. They're hard, more like little seeds. They don't come to the surface like pimples and blackheads. They're absolutely annoying and don't simply go away. I'm getting them the older I get, which is common. It's not from bad hygiene either. Getting old is not for the faint of ❤
Milia removal might look brutal, but they have to make a bit of a hole as they have hard contents, and don't extrude out of a small puncture as a whitehead would. As an aesthetician, Like You cannot make holes that are big enough to need stitches. Also bear in mind that this footage is shown very close up. Pain should be quite minimal.
Wow, those tools really suck, huh? Could had all that mess done quickly if you used the conventional lance and squeeze technique. Would have been funner to watch as well.
Excellent observation! I saw the same as well with the only partially emptied pore where he/she cut at the bottom of the raised pore then only extracted the lower portion of the bulbous area while leaving the top portion untouched. I was anxiously thinking,, squeeze the raised area from the top downward & it'll pour out. Instead,, this tech moved on to a smaller one not doing a particularly good job extracting it as well. These videos can go either way,, either very satisfying or extremely frustrating at times since we've all earned our dermatologist degrees online. We all know the proper methods now,, right??😁
You can really tell who’s qualified and has certificates required to do this kind of stuff you certainly are not you shouldn’t be doing this stuff without a license
