21:19 - "teaching yourself to remember...." Yes! Going thru transit of Lillith in my 10th now. Neglect by authority and parental figures is a core theme of my life. I heard someone once say that neglect is passive violence. I did not die thanks to God, spirit, etc and I am all that I need. I have learned the latter via the neglect of those who were placed in my life as "helpers" or "authorities" who ultimately betrayed me. Memory - ancestral memory. NEVER forget what those people in authority did to me or did not do for me. When people show you what they are believe them and never forget. Read up on the myth of Hippocampus, who was /is the sea goat. Also, note that the hippocampus is the area of the brain having to do with memory and executive functioning. Good piece:)

🤣 Being cheap and lazy, that's how! 😎 This was recorded on my phone (Galaxy s21 Ultra), with the cheapest tripod with ringlight I could find on Amazon. I turned the light to the warm yellow setting for this video (other similar videos I'm usually under cold white light). Those are cheap blackout curtains behind me. And those are all my secrets 😂🧡
