This is the only one I have left and it’s such a pain in the ass. So stupid to put a soak as a random drop from picking up an ingredient instead of killing an enemy.
My advice for people struggling with soaks/seeds: after you finish farming a good location for a lot of soaks, exit to title screen and manually forward your PC time by 1 hour into the future, then log back in and they will respawn. Keep doing until you get the soak, good luck on 100%!
If you have endgame gear use fully upgraded pilgrim set with the supreme gourd for 10 uses, speed drink (bluebridge romance) with undying vine soak and bee mountain stone soak. I used this build for ng+ and it feels like speedrunning and it's the best build for farming.
@@bosmith6992 I’ve been using spell bind with a poison build getting around 205 damage in chapter 5. Can’t wait to get more stuff in these last 2 chapters!
You can also find one, nearby a meditation point, with the chinese enemies don´t know only anymore which one exactly it was. Finally I got it at Sandgate Pass after collecting 250 of Licorice.
This and the arms venom diaost drop are the last things I need for my plat trophy. Been farming for 2 days now. Picked up well over 400 of these damn things and still haven’t gotten it. Very frustrating that they made it this way. And the arms off venom diaost are annoying as well. You have to knock the arms off his back in the first fight by hitting him in his back.

@@armandovitagliano4924 it does, you just have to fast travel between chapters after waiting. What I do though is a backup save then I’ll reload the save until I get it so it’s quicker. Either way works though.
That was amazing still didn't get one this thing is rare than the whole game bosses want to do my new game plus but this thing making it all annoying. Good thing for showing location and you got subscribe 👍

@@PannyLanny really? I tested a couple times but an hour just seemed like it’d be the answer. I know they respawn when you first go to a new chapter and you have to fast travel between chapters after a time period. Wasn’t there after like 20 minutes so I tried an hour and they were there. That’s good to know though, I appreciate the info!
Just for your information, you dont necessarily need to farm these in Chapter 2. I got the Goat Skull Soak drop in Chapter 4. It's bound to the Licorice plant in any area.

Where to find lots of licorice in another chapter I've been going through chapter 2 for 2 days now, collecting licorice for the goat skull, but nothing is driving me crazy.
@@marcosantucci6404 Well I have found them throughout chapter 4. On my NG+ I still had to collect, do quests, farm gear etc so I just played until I reached chapter 6 and got the last armor set there for the achievement. I know the starting area of Chapter 4 has a decent amount. And if you cleared the act already the enemies will be gone, so you can add that to your farm list I suppose.
@@barbabassmusic2921 I know man, it sucks. Just gotta keep grinding. I did a back up save before picking them up then just kept reloading the back up save after.
@@anthonyroberts7486 no, just keep at it. You’ll get it. After so many times completely shut your game down and go back in to reset things. You’ll get it, it’s just petty sometimes.
My dad got 2 goat skulls in his first playthrough in ch2, while I've been farming for 3 days (about 70 licorice, waiting 30 minutes irl before farming again) and I have yet to get one. This plat sucks even though the game is good.
After seeing all these plants farm for soak. Not gonna go for plat for this game. lol after getting plat for most of the souls game except the DS3 ( cause i dont have it) the black myth plat mechanics are real dumb ngl. 😅
@@leagueofgamerhighlights2338 they’re really not that bad to be honest. If you pick up all the items as you play the game through, you’ll have 95% of the stuff you need. I only had to farm like 5 or 6 things and only had a problem with 1 of them where it took me 5 or 6 hours to get the tiger tendon belt curios. DS3 is definitely more time consuming. Even DS2 was more time consuming for me because of those sunlight medals.
@@owencallus6236 are you using the golden carp curios and skull of turtle treasure helm? Those will help a lot! Sorry you’re struggling with this! The drops in this game are very weird where some people get them fast while they’re next to impossible for the next person.
@@jvhzillv169 I was fast forwarding the time on the playstation and I was visiting all chapters. I didnt farm licorice in chapter 2 only. Same for the other soaks drink and seeds.i had equiped the 2gold carpets and treasures turtle mask to massively increase the loot drip chance. But still was time consuming...
@@chiliewhilie84 I thought it was an hour, but someone said it’s 30min in the comments. You just have to fast travel between chapters for them to show. So wait 30min, fast travel and see if they’re respawned. If not then it’s an hr for sure.
@@Owl77720 I’d use them up anyway you can just to clear your inventory just in case. This game is very hit or miss when it comes to farming. I’ve been trying to get the Tiger Tendion Curios for 2 days now with no luck. Just know you’re not alone and keep grinding! Wish you the best! 👊🏻

I believe in you getting the tiger tendon too keep grinding. I was questioning if goat skull even existed and I was in an alternate reality lol though.

I don't know what's up I can't get the dumb thing I guess I'll get it eventually I give up on trying to this has been all day thing today, I had the day off and my daughter's at her mom's so I've literally played all day and basically tried to do this pretty much, while doing other things but throughout the day I swear 12 hours straight or something l...nothing.
@@mysteryneophyte I’ve been farming the Jade Lotus a lot and haven’t gotten the Soak that drops so I feel you. Having played and achieved platinum for every soulsborne game there is, I’m kind of used to it. I’d suggest just playing and doing it periodically as you play, then if you don’t get it by end game really buckle down and go ham on it. Good luck too!

@@Johndoe-gf7eu move your time foward by a day so the plants respawn(they respawn every 30 mins) and equip skull of turtle treasure and golden carp to boost your chances of getting items I'm in ng+ so I have 2 golden carps
@@Ghost-mr6pz it’s a random drop. Many people have to farm them over and over and eventually they get it. After 30 min the plants will respawn after fast traveling between chapters. Just stay at it, you’ll get it! 💪🏼
