Robo Glitch I disagree. Although they have ruined Lisa as a character they have realised that when they don’t use her the episodes do better (because surprise no one wants a snarky b tech of what made og Lisa so good) and are moving towards better story telling and jokes with Bart and homer whom they haven’t yet ruined completely although Bart’s character seems like it will be ruined. Either way I believe it won’t be able to ever reach classic simpsons status but still holds up well when they aren’t ruining and destroying well known characters (or when Lisa actually abdicated for socialism which annoyed my by all means and was easily one of its worst episodes)
If your going to play Black Ops 2 for the first time then let me give you a heads up for the Campaign. In BO2 there's certain parts where the player has to make a choice to do a certain action which will affect the story. These choices are sometimes barely noticeable, and some right in front of you. This game does has multiple endings so I would recommend playing the Campaign multiple times.
Honestly thats why bo2 campaign fun beating it the first time for me just felt less and I wondered if I chose do do something else in that situation would have changed it and it did! The attention o detail was amazing as well, though at points it could be improved in some ways other than that it was new and Bo2 campaign was something fun.
EA is not getting better guys, they've done nothing to earn anyone's trust back yet. Every 2K game they release is still copy paste except they somehow make it shittier, i doubt Anthem will be anything but a glorified destiny, Battlefront 2... just Battlefront 2. Already the hate for Battlefield 5 which after the defense of that trailer the dev gave, i'm on that hate train. EA is still and always will be utter scum
I'd rather pay FIVE, twenty dollar Mw2's making the same amount than the the game and the Black ops pass. Just a god-damn ton of shit going on and i just want to play zombies. At least i believe they separated the zombies maps from the multiplayer packs in BO3, so that's at least something nice.

I was a doofus. I preordered BO4. So, this morning I tried to get a refund for my PS4 preorder. To be safe, I checked Playstation's web site and it says right there in black and white that preorders can be refunded if processed "14 days before the game is released". So, I went to their Chat, and WTF, their chat is down. Then, I called PS and spoke to Tandoori Mike about it. After sitting on hold for a few minutes, Tandoori Mike came back and told me that all preorder sales are final. Despite reminding TM that their own web site said otherwise, he wouldn't back down. So, I hung up. I can't wait when they send me an email asking me what my support experience was like. Oh boy, I'm gonna have fun with that. Anyway....great video. Spot on, as usual.
Definitely try AGAIN. Say that your son bought it on accident or some shit like that... If you talk with someone on the live chat, all you have to do is give them your account info, that's what I did once and they refunded as a "one time exception" they said. I didn't even need speak with them on the phone.

Rhyan Eddy only reason why it passes as a Black Ops it's storytelling stayed true to the series, but it definitely lacks a fuck load from, and it certainly does not even match a stand to WAW, BO1, BO2 Campaign wise. Multiplayer, I'd say is good in all of them. But Call Of Duty at it's best was at World At War and Original Black Ops maps.
What’s stupid is that they removed the campaign and are forcing players to pay for map packs, on top of that the supply drop system will most likely return and now with battle Royale activision can just shit out tons of micro transactions in the forms of skins. They are basically trying to force money out of players in any way possible. Sad to say but if players want an improvement we need to boycott this game and stand up for what we want similar to the battlefront community

I wanted to buy COD first time after years (MW I luv you ) because I dont like this really confused (overall politically correctly cyborg) BF5. But now you have an equal situation to the last US selections. You search and search for candidates.... but in the end you have to choose between two absolutely capitalist assholes.
The thing I liked about black ops 1 was that "not buying the dlc" didn't change what you paid for in the original game. Other players didn't have weapons or cosmetics that didn't have. I was able to keep playing what I paid for and enjoyed, without constantly being reminded about add on content. I don't want to be reminded what dlc I'm missing out on every time I go through a menu. I don't want to see people walking around with weapons or cosmetics that I know I can't unlock by playing. I don't want to be reminded that I still have and unopened supply drop, of which you could buy more for only $2... No stop it! I want to play the game I payed for, and got on release. If I feel like the game is great, and would like to pay for dlc, I'll go to the "store" in the menu. The only place where content should be advertised. Games shouldn't advertise add on content, in other content that people paid for. I sometimes see it like those free apps apps from the app store. They can advertise that if you buy the game for a couple of dollars, you'll get it add free. However with cod you've already paid for the game, but the adds are just there, in every menu or even in the gameplay itself. To sum things up: "let me play what I god damn paid for without being advertised at every corner!".
I don't think we remember those days the same lol At least I remember getting kicked out of a lobby I was playing on for a few matches because the next map was a DLC map that I didn't have. That was always super annoying and was a big reminder that I didn't have the DLC
Why can't they just do World at War remastered, MW2 remastered, and Black Ops remastered? If they did those things, I'm pretty sure most of us would be happy. Those games were legendary, and to play them in full HD or 4K would be awesome!

Because half of the consumer base isn't gonna spend $60 on the same 8+ year old game with better graphics, and nearly the entire base won't buy the same exact dlc again for a 8+ year old game as well. They make more money when they put out a new game, shitty or not, people will want to buy it just because its new. That's why the only remastered game was lumped with a poor selling cod game.

I was already pissed off with MW2 when saw $14.99 price tag for 4 maps in Steam and was shocked when discovered that DLCs for COD4 and WAW on consoles weren't free like on PC.
IDK why, but all the map packs for COD4 and WAW had to be downloaded manually for free from 3-party mod sites. Also for some reason there was no prestige mod on PC for COD4.
man, the COD : Black Ops soundtrack really sends shivers down my spine... So many great memories with this game. Wished they would bring back such games. Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare II and Black Ops were really the best COD games ever!

I remember the good all days when you could see the player count due to the game being good. Now it’s so bad they did lose 70% of the player base from that point that they have to hide it. The games are in a decline every year in sales they just sell more micro transactions to make up the difference for the missing players every year.

Alex Robinson the operators from bo3 are just random guys they put in multiplayer. They have nothing to do with the storyline of the black ops serie. The characters from bo3 are Hendrick, Taylor, Kane, etc... from the campaign.

I left COD and started playing Battlefield 4 and honestly Battlefield 4 is now one of my favorite games. When i bought it they gave me free DLC which makes me sad to see that Activision just wants to milk our money for extra content. Activision needs to step their game up along with other companies.
What are you doing at the realized that The reason why anthem sucked wasn’t all EA’s fault it was mostly BioWares fault. The reason being is because EA was paying BioWare to design and develop a game for seven years. So EA started paying them that money since 2013, and in all that time they couldn’t even come up with the game. Also the gameplay reveal trailer that we saw at E3 was fake because they didn’t even have a game at that point.
Matchmaking is gonna be terrible with DLC maps since no one is gonna cough up 100$ since they don't even know what it is. No one is going to want to play those maps because it would take too long for you to find people to play with.

Never bought a pass before. I got Bo4 second hand and made sure that the one i got it from has no ties to activision. Not ONCE bought a pass because of the splitting. It's pointless.
cod will be instantly great again if they exclude micro transactions + supply drops, design bigger and better maps like mw/mw2, add more weapons than 35 at the start of the game,EXCLUDE SPECIALISTS, make stronger/more streaks, classic health system and do something new like a 4th perk or something like the weapon perks out of mw3 - DONE
That's a smart decision. I haven't bought ANY of the past 3 Call of Duty games (4 if you count MWR). I do not regret it. I remember playing MW2 and MW3 (my favorite btw). The survival mode, which was similar to zombies, put you up against actual enemies that have guns, helicopters, guard dogs, and juggernauts. That was my favorite part of that game. I think I'll get it again to play one more time. Just keep your money safe in your pocket to spend on games that will actually be good. Not for me or the community, but for your personal enjoyment and integrity.
Mark Ciccolella same but I try to cling on some hope for the series but ultimately failed in every way possible which is why I stayed with the battlefield series since not one of those games had any pay to win elements. Nor did it have to "remaster" any of the older games to make up loss sales
Same. But then I bought bo3 since I enijoyed bo2. Spent $ on that season pass. Played for 1 month after the realease(1 dlc wasn't even released yet) and decided I made a really bad decision. Wish I could get my $$ back tbh, but I learned. Havent stopped playing battelfeild games yet, so I guess that's a good thing lol
A year later and I hate the pass and Black Ops 4. I just don’t think it’s worth it. The game feels unbalanced, some DLC weapons dominate lobbies while others totally suck. Most of the multiplayer maps weren’t anything amazing. Zombies was cool, but I’m not really big enough of a fan to figure out Easter eggs and whatnot. Blackout was great until they started adding the unbalanced DLC guns.
Personally I think CoD is untouchable, hardcore fans don't mind being abused by Activision. In fact I believe they treat Activision like gods for making what they think is the perfect video franchise.
It’s become more a measure of how naive people are, and will continue to do so. You only need to look at sales figures for CODWW2 to know that they’re more than entirely “touchable”. I was very fond of their successful period, more than worthy of a respectable legacy. But that period has long, long gone.
It's simple, if you want a paid DLC model, that's fine, but if that's the case then your game better not have micro-transactions out the nose. Or vice versa, if you want micro-transactions, make your DLC free. Activision is not only double dipping in this regard, but their micro-transactions impact game-play and aren't just cosmetic. At this point they've accepted that their game sucks but its not difficult to milk money from some 12 year old with their parents' credit card
God damn as a 13 year old kid i think its sad how people try defending bo4 its gonna die plus people buy the season pass only to realize when the player base becomes slim they are gonna be forced to uninstall the dlc to get in real games and not dead games
DARK ANGEL I'm only defending it because there are actual problems with the game that people are ignoring because "the black ops pass is anti consumer," as if it's any different from the season pass. The problem isn't solely the black ops pass, the problem is the over monetization of the game, more specifically microtransactions. That being said I'm still buying it because it will have more MP and Zombies content than any other CoD.
They're gonna bundle it with Ww2 "remastered" infinite warfare "remastered" and take out all the maps besides 1 non-zombie map, and sell it for the same price as the full bundle itself, and to open mystery boxes in zombies, you have to pay $3 because they're lootboxes, and finally they're gonna have lootboxes that give things that OBJECTIVELY give you an advantage like +500% health for one game in multiplayer
Could you maybe give your opinion on Black Ops 2 or 3? I am relatively curious for your thoughts on these two games. I personally think Black Ops II is a masterpiece of Call of Duty's creativity and is one of or in my opinion the best COD game I have ever played! Black Ops III...is a complicated matter for me to say the least.

RenoJackson Activision forgot what the name meant a long time ago. It's literally just a hollow name now. It means nothing anymore. The game could be called Fruit Salad Advanced Combat for that matter and it wouldn't make a difference. The series no longer has anything to do with the ideas behinds it's origins.
