Not gonna lie I really hated this at first. But stuck to it and I’m really starting to like the fluidity of the gameplay. My chief complaints are the current maps do to the small size and choke points.
This is exactly how I felt after 1 hour I was bored cause I kept dying then i got used to it and I love it, almost got a nuke last night but died 5 off
I honestly am really digging the omni movement and overall game play for this title. I really hope my excitement and optimism isn't crushed this time around
The auto tac sprint delay setting is kinda nice because when I used it in the past there were some situations where I just wanted to move forward a bit but not tac sprint out into the open or I was on a ledge or something and wanted slower movement as I walked across it. The delay helps with those small and precise forward movements.
I really miss having a squad to play in a party with. I feel like as a solo player I miss out a lot. Hoping to find some dope people to party up with this year
I will say this is the most stable beta ive played from CoD, usually a lot of crashing or visual bugs but so far its just the common weapon swap HUD glitch that I only got twice in the first day
I wish. I've been having really bad frame drops when I enter gunfights. Just earlier today I shot my first shot and game just flat out froze for 7 seconds. Needless to say I didn't win that fight. I've also noticed some of the destroyable cars on rewind turn invisible when they explode, let to an embarrassing engagement where I was shooting at a guy but to my team I was emptying into the car he was proning behind. Overall having fun but those are definitely annoying
i've played better. i seem to get hitches, audio bugs and black screens and i'm on ps5. it's worse than the leaked beta i played lol i'm sure they'll fix it soon enough tho.
Ngl something that helped me even thou it defeats the purpose of the game is to disable the dolphin dive and slowing down I know the movement is cracked in this game but, for me slowing it down and playing by preaiming helped me alot.
I’ve noticed that lots of players aren’t even utilizing the movement honestly it’s like Cold War people just ran and shot but yeah you can use it to escape and sometimes get a kill but you can just not use it and do fine😂😂
Hey espresso! Once I got the hang of the movement I swapped tap to dive it makes things more fluid. If you're a dive heavy player, it makes for some fun gameplay.
Its the opposite if you dont land the first shot. Im hitting chest and neck mostly and you would think that would kill a person but its like im fighting against an army of fucking t-1000's. Meanwhile everyone else seems to kill me infinitely faster. 9/10 gunfights just feel straight up unfair.
@@welds8424 the XM4 is unbalanced in a way where it is just not fun to use. I can use 15 bullets that all hits and i get hit markers for it. The person then kills me and his health is still half. Then another person running across map jumps with aim assistance on hits every bullet he fires off with the pdw 4 shots in total and it kills me from across map. Yet my paintball shooter xm4 that i got 15 hitmarkers with only brings him to a quarter.
@@inceneration yea I thought the xm4 felt shit my very first match. Ans the jackal seriously needs tuning. It is by far the best gun so far and the fact its an smg makes it that much more of a problem. I had multiple instances on skyline where I would go 20+ rounds through a wall and not kill a guy, all hitmarks, but that damn jackal gets me in under half that.
There is problems with ttk, think it feels too fast and much less time to react. Further I believe the server tick rate needs to be improved for omnimovement to work fluently as in most matches I saw that there was server lag between shooting at diving, moving etc players. But this type of gameplay mechanically feels like a breath of fresh air.
You understand it’s only out till the 9th then the full release comes out in October, it won’t be dead in 2 months but if they don’t fix the problems in the beta for sure it will die fast but it’s call of duty for the next year it will be the top of RU-vid sadly
I will always be excited for a new Black ops game like Black ops 6 because they're just better than modern warfare I'm just kind of worried you could say on how the game might turn out. Multiplayer I feel like it will Target the sweaty side In campaign who most likely be good
Nah bro one of the most common ways I die is assuming the 4 teammates watching one door will watch my back and then they just let an enemy through to kill me
Yeah diving kinda sucks tbh because you like float in the air for a while before actually falling back to the ground, even when the dive is blocked by a wall

I’m not even using Omni movement and I’m fryingggg, I think the demons are getting punished tbh, I don’t even get a chance to push before I get another kill, I don’t consider it camping because I push but idk, some of the maps are 2 lanes so if you push you die but there is second stories, I kinda like it as I also play aggressive but I realized if I play tooo agressive I die a lot. I play solo

That was a bit of an exaggeration but my guy he could’ve hit those shots there wasn’t anything to stop him I know what I saw, I had to go back and analyze that shit 3 times the first time I watched this video

Funny thing; if like me you are not super good and have good friends... solo might be the play. I've played like 13 match or so in solo and it was WAY more chill compared to playing with my friends. idk if i just got lucky but luck is only involved when it's once or twice imo and it was in the afternoon so technically not that many people can play at that time especially on a monday. To give you an idea they have a KD of 1.6 and i have a KD around 1/1.2. I do play a lot with the sniper which i truly fucking hope they'll do something about it because GAD DAMN ITS SLOW and thus reduce my KD naturally (especially since it's my first real cod experience) but yeah... even if i were to play with "normal" weapons i don't think i'd have a higher KD than that.
Omni movement for me feels like I’m not utilizing it correctly. I feel like auto Tac sprint is triggering at the wrong times. I also feel like the recovery time from a dive or slide is way too slow. Also I see all these people spinning around and doing figure eights with the movement but my movement never feels that smooth or like they say “skating”.
Aim just feels clunky to me compared to other cods or xdefiant. I normally use dynamic aim assist but classic feels more snappy so far. Can anyone else relate?
Deffo gonna take me some time to adapt to this movement and the sweats on this game. And I still hate the hit detection system.. always 2-4 bullets to kill me. IM PUTTING MORE THAN THAT IN THE ENEMIES! WHAT THE FUCK!
I dunno how im feeling about the movent on m&kb.. Biggest thing that bothers me is when im running Straight, holding only W, go into a slide and try to turn my camera, instead of sliding to where im looking feels like I always just go where ever I was looking.. Wish you could turn the shit off lol
For my people in there late 20’s early 30’s has Cod gotten harder to be good at? Black ops one I was getting chopper gunners attack dogs mw3 I was getting all my Perks and nukes I’m already level 20 in the beta and can only get a spy plane. Anyone else feel like it’s impossible to do well in these new games I personally blame the maps
It’s sweats dude. it’s a problem in any multiplayer but it’s amplified immensely since the success of Esports and people thinking they can make it big so they can live the “dream life” of being a streamer or pro Esports player.
Hate the ttk, seems so inconsistent either melt someone or practically dump a whole mag, would like to see advanced stats because it seems these guns have a damage drop off after an arms length, also no body multipliers is odd, at least headshots should exist, makes it way more rewarding
Today I was in a group of 3 and we got matched with a group of 4 and a group of 5. The game literally ended up putting my group in one team and the other two groups in the other. It was literally a 3 vs 9😭
It doesn't matter when I'm getting 5 hit markers yet getting killed in 2 with the same gun. I know it's a beta, but usually it's it not this inconsistent
I don’t like the new movement setup it’s to hard to use and activate for me so I play the old school cod way i hate the new way’s but at least I’m not lagging and freezing and having the loading problems like I was after the first update they did the reason update they did created some lag issues but it doesn’t come up all the time so it’s still better but I’m waiting until the next beta now
Spawns are fucking awful, even moreso with how small maps are. This is why medium to large maps should be the ONLY way in this era of cod. We are simply too fast. Constant flanking and getting spawnkilled is just bad. No argument will change that.
Can anyone give me some help as to why my COD HQ does not work. Haven’t been able to play the last two years because the HQ doesn’t work at all and won’t let me open the game even though I own it. It’s aggravating to spend $60 on a game and not able to play it because COD decided to make this HQ thing for all of the games instead of separate downloads. I have messaged Microsoft and Activision to see if they can give me some help and nothing has worked. Is anyone else having this problem?
started playing mw3 other day and its made vanguard look like a godly game, thank god bo6 is atleast decent... tired of these mw players they make me sick
Have people found this beta to be really competitive? I haven’t felt that at all. If anything, I’ve found the pace to be slower than my last bout with CoD multiplayer, and only to the game’s benefit. High TTK gives me the feeling that I’m not immediately dead when sighted in a bad position. I have a chance to fight back. It’s very fun and makes me feel like I’m playing slightly tankier BO4 but with more fluid movement that’s not “crackhead” fast but doesn’t feel too sluggish. I feel like there’s a perfect balance.
Do we really want to play a game with a system like 12:30 in place? It’s felt formulaic and irritating to play for the last 5 or so years. Starting to feel like an aging dad 😂
what i dont understand about this game is that its sweaty af for the people who wanna be good. but I feel the people that suck at this game have the most fun. im decent at fps games and play on mnk.. but aim assist and controller aim trumps everything. hate it
Yh its almost like all pros went to controller because it was overtuned and unbalanced as hell. Ever since mw2 2022. In a straight up gunfight. A mnK player will lose because the aim assist control is so overpowered that it wont flinch the like mnk does. Very noticable with snipers. I get hit with a single bullet my scope goes to the skies, a controller gets hit and he just taddles it along to the head instead. I hope that we someday gets the option to play in lobbies where aim assistance is removed and disabled. Lets see how good these controller plebs really are.
