The COD cycle of yearly games, integration into COD HQ (bloatware), SBMM in pubs, banning people for chat, compatibility with old gen, theme destroying cosmetics are the biggest concerns.
Not even concerns at this point, those are just expected. Nothing will change in the future for any COD that's a part of the COD HQ app. Just don't buy anymore games if it bothers you. Simple.
@@mrmangbro6842 I’m in the same boat, every match feeling like the outcome was predetermined kills any enjoyment. If I win a game I want it to be because I played well not because the lobby balancing algorithm said it was my turn to win.

Well that's the thing, noobs are protected by SBMM which makes them less likely to quit, and veteran players are naturally less likely to give up on the game. I've been playing COD since Call of Duty 4 (2007) and have played every game since. They know players like us won't give up unless we fully lose interest in gaming or if they stop making COD games altogether. I'm not advocating for SBMM, but I do try to see it from their perspective as well. The franchise will only continue to grow and succeed if they can appeal to new players and keep them playing _and_ keep long-time fans satisfied as well. This also only gets more difficult as time goes on and peoples' interests change.
@@M3RKMUS1C It’s very important to understand the other perspective so it’s nice to see you’re doing that. I think a lot of people forget that SBMM *did* exist in cod 4. It just wasn’t anywhere near as strong as the more recent games. That old system they used between cod 4 and advanced warfare was so much better than the current one.
I enjoyed Cold War single player but the mp feels like not all the way there , movement feels like you don’t use your legs and you float around . I can’t wait to see improvements
@Dskjk111 I currently just have 1450 CoD points so I only need to pay 200 more for the bundle and 10 more dollars for the S5 battle pass. But I do understand, I'm kinda cutting back on skins unless it's my favorite operators.

No offense or anything but this sentence is a massive issue, you perfectly described most people that do have an issue with microtransactions. I can imagine a reverse slide glitch or something, also with sbmm I rarely ever have a casual match where I get a rare win, that almost always feels like I've lost emotionally and some lifespan.
Just get rid of Lobby disbanding and the game will be fine. That gets real old real quick, when you're placed into a game -halfway through the match -on the losing team -teammates are butt checks at the game -enemy team is sitting in every corner possible with trophy systems/melee weapons/better reaction times and can spawn kill you All because you had a better K/D then your last game Actually get rid of E/D and let it be K/D as that's probaly what gives you the worst of the worst lobbies for you too. Also prioritize putting you in a lobby before or just AS the game starts
Like im cool with sbmm i feel like it has a place in cod (welcome playlist/combattrain from BO1) is where it should be to help the new guys get their feet wet and still have fun and the rest of us can still enjoy playing the game and not have to play a major every match

From what we know so far from a pure gameplay aspect, the only negatives are tac sprint, potential doors and gunsmith. Omni movement sounds cool on paper but we shall see if it is actually decent in the beta.
Saying there’s no way to satisfy the community on movement, when we got 5 years of the same movement and they were the best games in the entire cod lineup
I have a solution for the SBMM crisis. Since new players will most likely buy WARZONE before the multiplayer experience to see if they wish to buy it or not, then to compromise we can keep SBMM in warzone, but not in the paid experience.
We need local multiplayer with bots available on ALL the maps not like cold war. Half the maps didnt work in local play. Cod needs to keep us singleplayer fans in mind too
Even without SBMM like XDefiant, People will still use the meta and sweat. That's just natural. Also, XDefiant is suffering from a massive loss of players without the matchmaking. As for the variety that people want, it's just an excuse to have a bigger gap in skill differences so that higher skill players can have an easier time destroying others. Also, connection is always prioritized. I don't know why people are so mentally challenged when it comes to accepting that truth. Overall, people should just stop complaining about the matchmaking and just play the damn game. Always talk about casual this, casual that, having fun, relaxing, etc. You never get full details about what that actually means because all you want is an easier game that involves destroying those of a much weaker skill level. That's all it comes down to.

not having a casual game mode in cod for so long has really drove more people from the game then they could ever imagine. having ranked with no rank to show for it (public matches) and also having ranked with a rank to show is just silly imo
My biggest concerns are disbanding lobbies and SBMM. The core of the game could be amazing but it’s the shady things Activision does is what ruins it. This being said I’m happy to see Prestige being brought back. Advanced movement could be a good thing to bring more a a skill gap.
My only concern is that they're still pushing cross-platform play on console gamers. PC gaming is way overpowered and they make up the vast majority of cheaters. No ammount of cool movement mechanics can make playing against cheaters fun.
I just want them to keep the multiplayer separate from any other game . Just keep the weapons etc exclusive to BO6. And to just maintain focus on 6v6 and then I’ll be happy 😁 I am definitely looking forward to this game
My concern is that game potential is being hampered by the insistence on staying old gen. The PS5 and Series X came out 4 years ago, like come on! Other than that, I'm looking forward to returning to Treyarch COD. I think we're in good hands.
omni movement is just immersion based it won't do anything in skillgap and everyones concern is matchmaking strictness like EOMM and SBMM algorithm it's like hydra's algorithm from captain america winter soldier
the amount of camos is great and idk why it would be an issue at all. If they didn't add the event camos I wouldn't have as much fun. For example the get higher game mode has three really good unlockable camos which make it really replayable and fun.
If i dont like the beta im sticking to xdefiant. Screw paying 80 bucks for a game that doesnt match based on ping and has sbmm. Killstreaks that dont loop, doors ect
They should only be three camps for bo6 . Instead of the gunsmith we have now we should get new attachment camos. If you don't like your red dot you change its look
I feel like they could just do a version of xdefaint’s mastery camos where you would just get the gun to max then just get a certain challenge done like a xp cap or kill cap you have to hit to get gold
It’s Treyarch knowing Treyarch I have so much faith. Giving Cold War the camos and the guns was amazing all the bundles was elite. I have so much faith in Treyarch and I love how much the support they get this year hoping for a good cod year
I live hearing you talk good on sledgehammer games their older games are underated tbh like th campaign and every other feature was overlooked and they dogged on the multiplayer
My main worries is whether or not the game is gonna go down the same road as the last two MW reboot games where there is cheaters everywhere but not enough done or if they'll make it more of a cash grab. Another thing is the game being cross platform and not having settings to turn off cross platform in 2024, i dont wanna go against a basement dwelling keyboard warrior whos level 800 and is PC when im on a series X, its just dumb and unfair
I feel each studio needs there own era, like sledgehammer getting future games, treyarch getting older, and infinity ward getting modern so we have a good split of all movement types and gun types
Cod from Mw4 to BO2 was the best now we have Nicki Minaj and other garbage skins. Hopefully, we don't get Squidward or Tom & Jerry or any other crap as a skin in BO6. BO6 skins should stay realistic
I think if we get crossover skins it should be tematic to the 90's. Cold War had Rambo and John McClane and, despite the low quality that went into the skins (aka reusing movie lines instead of hiring genuine voice actors to make a similar voice), they were at least thematic to the 1980's time period
@@pseudolukian2172 I feel like that occasional goofy skins CAN somehow work in call of duty, but they should really only be for special seasonal events or something like that and not shoved as main skins, I would just like mil sim characters and military types of stuff as the regular skins to keep up with the theme
I wouldn't consider this a new era just yet. Because Activision did have part in making this cod. The next Call of Duty though, whatever it may be, would be the new ear because Activision wouldn't be part of any of it.

What if omnimovement was a setting that you could turn on or off? Or what if there were omnimovement-specific modes? So there could be something for everyone whether they like it or not? Sort of similar to in Cold War, you were able to turn on or off crossplay, if you had it on, you’d match only with other people that had it on, and vise versa for having it off.
