So far it seems only you and Habibi have used Omni Movement. But I only follow you two, Devour, Prey and Josh TKO. I’ve seen others slide cancel, but not use Omni like y’all. Ironically, I don’t even play COD and never had. But I love watching y’all play.

@kamikazekiwi I use a scuff with back left peddle to tap to dive and hold to slide, right paddle to jump, I noticed I slide instead of diving cause its the millisecond to hold is short. it did feel clunky and I turned off the millisecond to activate tac sprint, have wildcard perk greed with ghost, gung-ho, double time, dexterity. and you'll be zoomin

remember you don't have to look where you want to sprint lol so when see grenade indicator, I dive where I want. I have my enemy color bright red when I was tweaking my settings, maybe that'll help you seeing those grenades

Omni still works on controller. Slide is single tap of O, and dive is hold O (PS5 Controller at least). Loving the movement so far. Ready for SND to drop tho cause respawn ain't it.

7:50 it’s usually tap to slide hold to dive but you can switch it based on what u like

I'm actually lovin' Omni-movement on KM. Not sure if the BO6 Demo just imported MW3 settings, but haven't altered anything and it feels great. LOL, I played the tutorial, then the 1st MP game, I was horrendous at it. But I jumped back in and yeah. Maybe I reverse boosted myself as from then on, I was getting into and having fun. I'm really starting to like it. Thank God as I cannot use a controller to save myself, LOL. I know it won't last, but you can tell the people trying the movement out and be prepared for them. Overall I agree, Omni-Movement is a great inclusion, you don't have to rely on it, but it can work to your advantage.

Alot of pros are complaining that this is a controller cod. With the omni movement and aim assist being potentially OP. So there’s an argument for it being much better for controller players.

Aim assist literally got nerfed... the moaning you hear is just kbm trying to get even more advantage. If kbm wasn't good then no one would use it...

Nah, PC players will probably have more of an advantage because of the movements, if it was already difficult for a console player to keep up with a PC player, imagine now.

Regarding the console controls question, From my perpective the backwards dive often gets triggered although I wanted to just lay down behind a cover (for example the pool on Skyline). Sometimes I fly off the high ground or even the map (Skyline again). I heard Metaphor say that it’s much easier for controller players, but I’m not very sure about that

I will admit Omni movement is very intimidating for controller at first but for me one training corse later and an auto tac sprint toggle later (settings where saved from MW3) it feels very smooth on controller.

Not sure this is correct... a kbm player gets their whole arm to move whereas a controller only gets a small range of motion. There's a reason controller gets aim assist and kbm doesn't...

@@dereksmith3164 stick has more degrees of movement compared to WASD. Wasn't talking about aim. But yeah at the end of the day MnK will still be better just cuz of the mouse. I imagine it will be kinda hard to use omni movement on console with low sens

@FalconHgv ahhhh... yeah that's true though most 'movement gods' play kbm so that clearly shows that the top ceiling is higher there than on controller. Not saying that all players play at that level though but a pro kbm will dumpster a controller player

i have been enjoying this alot more than mw 3 though, I kinda miss the gunsmithing so far from mw3? I dont see much of that could be just not there yet. I do love the omni movement it feels great, pc player btw, but one of my friends i played with is consoul player, and he did really good when we played.

Bro I’m on mouse and keyboard as well, did you have to adjust your sens at all compared to mw3? I feel like I had to change mine and having to try and fine tune it to be better with the Omni movement was the only thing I was having a little trouble with

Dude after i played bo6 i went to play mw3 and i got called a wall hacker for using the sakin mg38😂 you should try it out when you got the chance there's virtuslly no recoil on it and there's 4 in the beta now

Jumping from mw3 to bo6 it’s 2 different games imo I feel movement much slower on bo6 swapping between weapons and general gameplay . I won’t lie I’m not a fan.

The game has run so sluggish for me. Im on ps5 and it feels like im playing on 30 frames half the time. The input delay is so bad.

The spawns do actually seem ok in respawns. You don’t need split spawns after you kill one person on a team. The sticky ish spawns are better for both sides in my opinion. Like I hate when I notice my people are getting dunked on and then a plan is concocted and billy spawns out in narniaout in front of the rest of the other dudes team and the plan gets pooped on immediately. And then like p3 subbase spawns. You spawn behind p3 die spawn p4 then you catch the enemy who just spawned there as the enter tunnel then you get shit on by his teammate that just spawned maze😂. Now that’s a bad fuckin spawn lol

It’s difficult on controller lots of dead slides. Honestly it ruins the smoothness of the game. Ofc you can change your binds but even just changing binds makes it complicated. But besides audio is TERRIBLE and the lag spikes even worse. For just a causal player it honestly is a hassle.

i havent been using omnimovement bc i turned on the slide only setting for my game to feel smoother. but the sliding n crazy stuff like that feels okay ig. not my favorite but ig i have to get used to it
