Excellent and groovy. 😍 Your combination of classic effect pedals with Loopy Pro is interesting. 😊 I personally try to get rid of my physical effects in favour of digital replacements. However, I still miss a nice Octaver.
Hey Stu, Sorry to be "that guy", but for those of us who study Brazilian music even for the shortest period, there is an on-going accuracy issue about this song. The name of this song is "Manhã de Carnaval" - "Morning of the Carnival" - and is one of MANY songs Brazilian composer Luiz Bonfá and lyricist Antônio Maria, for the 1959 romantic tragedy play, Orpheu Negro (Black Orpheus), the Greek legend of Orpheus and Eurydice, set in the modern context of a favela (slum) in Rio de Janeiro during Carnaval. Of course, the play later became a movie which won the 1960 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. Later, Jazz musicians labelled this song incorrectly. It's like calling the song "Somewhere" by the name West Side Story.
Thanks Michael. I am aware of the various names that this song goes by but was not aware of the history of it. Thanks for that up[date. I hope you enjoyed the music.
Very nice, I have been thinking of Loopy pro to practice guitar. I am wondering how your getting along with Loopy? Do you still use it and find it useful? I was wondering about the original l had as well. Thank you.
