So where is America going with this funding thing no Hbcus,Naacp,black businesses,athletes or others that help black fund students churches and communities.

*Seems petty and spiteful. There are scholarships and all types of grants that are available for ppl of different backgrounds and demographics. This is to help ppl that don’t have the privilege of traditional funding*

it not agreeing it violate federal law - it actually is violating federal law

A potential solution or a good start to address the issue, if the crux of the matter is indeed race, could involve changing the language for the fund designation to eliminate any mention of race and focus solely on specific eligibility criteria unrelated to race, such as being descendants of slaves in the United States of America. By doing so, it may be argued that this modification effectively removes the explicit reference to race from the fund's criteria.
