1. It may sound stereotypical but if you give Batman the right amount of prep time and information, he wins. 2. And of course T'challa wins in a straight up 1v1 situation. Batman is a guy with gadgets, Black Panther is a superhuman warrior wearing a pretty much invulnerable suit. With Batman it always goes like this basically: Does he have enough information on his opponent to come up with countermeasures? Be it psychological warfare or ways to get around their power. If he does then he will probably have a good chance at winning. If he is unprepared and faces down enemies with extraordinary powers or tools... well he gets his ass kicked.

@@goji253 true. Plus, We saw in Civil War film that Black Widow was able to stop him with electric shocks (the widow's sting). If Batman have any electric device in hand, he could beat BP. But don't forget T'Challa is also a master strategist and one of the greatest minds in Marvel Universe.
