Black Panther Blood Hunt Issue 2
Black Panther had to sneak back into Wakanda after being exiled. Blade has sent him on a quest to find the hidden temple. The Goddess Bast is not happy about this, especially since her Champion has now been turned into a Vampire. Black Panther has to fight off his lust for Blood. While Bast has her own mission she is sending him on as well. T'Challa finds out the deep history of Wakanda which led to this eventual Vampire Outbreak in the first place.

What the fuck are modern comics? That's like exiling Batman from Gotham, and I know Bane did that in one arc but that barely lasted very long. But every other Black Panther run they nerf T T'Challa, stripping him of his throne and now exile.

This isn't the first time, like T'challa STAYS being exiled because if he was ruling he wouldn't be snuck on. Since he's exiled he has other things to do. Yet with how many times his people keep kicking him out. I'll be like "Namor you can have it"

Caucasus Mountains are only the origin of Slavic vampires, but vampiric beings go way back before that. The oldest in written documentation is from Middle East, the Akhkharu from Ancient Sumeria (you're right about that one) but oral traditions/legends and folklore from Afro-Asiatic cultures that speak of blood or life-force feeding entities goes back before even that. Things definitely didn't start with the Eastern European "vampire" lore.

Actually European mythology mostly originated in India and the Middle East but some in Africa ( Egypt)

@@MrAmhara Varney the vampire comes from a Victorian era Gothic horror series called The Feast of Blood. Nothing to do with Africa or India. The inspiration for Varney and dracula comes from an old irish legend of Abhartach. A dwarf magician who rose from the dead and drank blood. Pretty interesting story actually.
