Amen! But, not all young people are in the church and it isn’t solely the church’s responsibility to get young people together. WE ALL have to do that. And to do that, WE have to lead by example. WE have to take our children with us when WE vote…even when THEY are not old enough to do so. WE have to lead and live by example. WE have to make sure WE vote IN EVERY ELECTION, including all local and state elections. WE have to make sure our families and communities are aware, engaged, and paying attention. WE have to put just as much effort and energy into being aware, informed, understanding of, and advocating our interests as we do church, concerts, football games, celebrations and bbqs for family members and friends released from jail, and into just giving a damn. WE have to reclaim our overall awareness and culture and take it back from the corporate class that aims to desecrate us.
