this playthrough was meant to be a joke. did not think i would make it to the end and objectives are ignored. I could have walked by the machine-gunners if i had shot the guy at 5:04 before he fired.
I struggled so hard with this level as a kid for some reason, but here goes this guy casually walking through everything yeeting grenades like it's nothing.
Hard bruv I use to love taking those cunts with the shields out using head shots. The fucken Helmut pops off. Two shots with the magnum, 5-6 shots with everything else. Headshots through the whole game, only bc I knew where every bad guy was & I would know where all the stealth spots were to just pop them. Yup hours & hours lol
seriously I don't know why so many people hate for using granades a lot :/ that game is hard as fuck at least it was for me and my crappy ps2 contoller lol. Good work i bet it was hard as fuck to get this done even with that amount of nades. But seriously this is one of the best games of my childhood even if i wasn't alowed to play it, this game really deserves more.
can't please everyone i suppose. grenades used to shorten the mission. this is just an attempt to get to the end w/ the magnum on hard difficulty. i skipped intel and all that $hit. not sure why this vid gets alot of hits really
Once you get your hands on a Magnum, there's no need in SP12. In this game, Magnum does a perfect job on long distances, it takes 1 shot for regular soldiers and 2 shots for heavy soldiers. That's some great sidearm right there. Also I liked P90 in that game, Magnum and P90 with its triple bursts was a good combination of weapons on the Nazran foundry. Magnum is also one of the best weapons you can use from a hiding, where you can take your time and take out enemies precisely without too much hurry.
gcc geo luckly my freind didn't want his ps2 so he gave his to me for free so I came back to this shame no multiplayer it could have ruled modern shooters and is there still players on kill zone?
Tombine Tombine I've always heard that lack of a multiplayer was one of the knocks but was never a big deal for me. A buddy who knew I liked FPS games gave me this game about a year before I ever booted it up. I was between games and figured I'd give it a spin. 150 hours of gameplay later.......
I am 66 years old, and it takes me about 30 minutes to get to the open courtyard. But I search every room,go after every objective, and try to kill 'em all! But I can only find very limited ammo for the Magnum. I love this game!

Nothing but the revolver? Nice. I went with nothing but the glock once on the abandoned asulum level. I had to use the M16A2 grenade launcher to blow shit up but I killed everyone with nothing but the glock and a few grenades. The magnum is much harded though because of the firing rate. I like how you shot grenades with the magnum, too. Nice fucking job 👍

So close to death, barely alive, and passing up first aid kits. Wow! Can you tell me how you achieved so much ammo for the Magnum? I can only find a handful of ammo in spetriniv gulag.
A lot of games feature magnum revolvers and pistols, but only a few like Resident Evil and BLACK depict Magnums as a separate weapon class, instead of being mere sidearms. I love BLACK, love the Magnum, and I still play the game from time to time. (Spetriniv Gulag, Magnum only with silver weapons unlocked, I make it a point to kill every enemy and avoid using grenades)
yeah you're good..., I'm also finishing this game long time ago,, but trying it many times, and i enjoying the stealth, sneak attack, sniping enemy, magdump with machine gun..., i rather do it slower, just to enjoy the realistic situation
Played this game constantly back in the day. Took many attempts to get thru without dying. Knowing where they drop med kits helps some. I like the first few minutes of gameplay but then I got sloppy
@@criminaltrap74 I grew watching my Great Uncle play this game so many times (eventually I played it too) and seeing you or anyone speedrun the last mission shows that this game isn’t as “underated” as I claim it out to be. And you used to Magnum and that’s my favorite gun in BLACK. I called my myself a crackshot because in the Naszran Foundry, I would be standing at the balcony (a little after you get the Magnum) and snipe the guys far away. It used to blow my great uncle’s mind. I gotta remember to show him this video.
Used to be a favorite of mine, throwing grenades and exploding them in the face of my enemies with a single shot from the Magnum. Hard as hell (shotguns were piece of cake for obvious reasons), but so satisfying...
