Love the updates. I use Fabric Flair fabric a lot. I haven’t had any problems washing only hand wash in cold. Most of my Lilac fabric no need to wash .❤ I babysit 4 of my grand daughters ages 10-1yrs. I love it. Congratulations on new grand daughter
I love seeing your projects, and hearing your joyful voice! Your FFOs are lovely, and I'll be borrowing the idea of crocheting my own trim. Plus, I think my new way of choosing my WiP to work on will be "Hey, Denise just showed that thing I started a while back... I should stitch on that!" 😂
Angel's shenanigans 😂 I also have a tabby, and she makes an appearance in every single zoom meeting that I have. 😄 your Mira is looking gorgeous! Love the lilac bag. 💜
Hi Denise ❤ Love your FFO'S PUMPKIN LILAC BURLAP love seeing Angel today. Suffering from the pollin up here in New Jersey. Taking allergy meds, but it makes me sleepy. So I've been taking them at night. You look great ❤Love the cardnel on your blouse ❤ saw one today. So someone was saying hello to me. See you soon❤ have a good night my friend❤
It is fabulous to hear you say “ I am having so much fun!” I discovered that somehow my subscribe to your channel disappeared…I have some videos of yours to go back in time to watch. I apologize for my unintentional disappearance. May I ask you crocheted your scalloped edge directly to the fabric or did you sew it on after the crocheting was complete? I think I will try to finish an ornament like this.
Hey! Great to have you back on the channel. No worries about the accidental unsubscribe. I crocheted the scalloped edge directly onto the hoop for that project. Maybe I'll do a short tutorial! Let me know how your ornament turns out!
Oh My Goodness Denise. What a joy it was to see your bright shining smiling face. I tell you what Angel had me laughing so hard. He just wanted to be included. Loved seeing all your stitching and catching up with what you have been doing. Have a wonderful couple weeks full of Happy Stitching! Love the burlap!
Angel thinks your channel should be about cats, cross stitch, cats, crafts, cats, and crochet! Enjoyed your video and love the crochet finish around Santa.
Angel always cracks me up, I think he secretly loves the camera 😂 I’m so sorry to hear of the anniversary of your son’s passing, but I am so extremely proud of you for working through difficult times and continuing to bring kindness and joy into the world! You inspire me! The Santa finish is amazing with the crochet border - that is a brilliant idea and I’m going to have to try that sometime! Sending you the biggest of hugs and see you in a couple weeks ❤
Hi Denise. so glad to see you're doing well, I love your Flosstubes and level of energy is awesome as well as your stitch work !!! Pumpkin, Lilac, Burlap...till next time !
I love both of your finishes. Angel is adorable. My cat Ashley thinks she needs to eat when her bowl is empty just in the middle. LOL! Have a good week. Pumpkin, Lilac, Burlap.
Your FFOs look wonderful. It's great that you crocheted trim for Santa's Snack. Your Mira is coming along so well, as are your other WIPs and starts. Thinking of you, and happy stitching!
Hi, I’m Susan from California. Sunshine stitchers recommended you and I’m glad they did! It’s nice to see someone stitch on something besides linen. 😊 I, too, love Fiber on a Whim. Thank you for sharing their information. I get the HP ink too. It’s a great deal, I think. Your Christmas finishes were nice. Oh my goodness, that Mirabilla is gorgeous! Thank you for a great video. Loved meeting your car and you. ❤ pumpkin lilac burlap
Your finishes are gorgeous! Good for you finishing two pieces! I love your idea of making floss drops from cards. I received two decks of cards in my MSQC advent box and didn’t know what to do with them - now I know! Charlotte is so beautiful. You’re really going like gang busters on her!
I love your finishes. The Santa is adorable and I love the crocheted border around it. Charlotte is coming along beautifully, have you started Red, I can't remember? I love pumpkins, lilacs and burlap and a great bag for my crocheted hats I keep for on the go. My extra prayers for you today, it must be incredibly difficult. Prayers, love and hugs my very dear friend. 🙏❤️🤗
Jean Farish suggests running a basting thread around your piece to mark where you want the frame or matting to end. She then pins the piece to the backing board. For placement. This will always give you a marking line and a straight framing job. It removes guessing!
Hi Denise! Catching up on videos this rainy weekend here in Wisconsin. Thank you for sharing so much stitching. I love to see your progress. I laughed at the stain on the shirt story...."we either go with the drip or we don't make a video." Good outlook! haha
Hi Denise! Love your laugh. Angel is so funny! I was laughing 🤣 Congratulations on your FFO's! Love your projects. I love the fragrance of lilac ♡ Have a wonderful week!
Welcome! This is my channel about cross stitch...Angel walks in - no, it's all about me! Cat stitch! Fat Quarter Shop has a club called "Fabric Flair 14 count Aida Monthly Club." I did that club for a year and got a great variation of fabrics. They list the fabrics in the product listing so you can see what you’ll get each month. It was great for a year. No I have a nice variety in my stash.
Congrats on the amazing FFO's! I love that they're all ready for display. Such a great feeling. I love hearing what you get up to. Your poor rotation. 😂 Angel is a good, as usual. I really like the Mad for Plaid bag colors, lilac, pumpkin and burlap.
I love your finish of All the Trimmings! The Santa is perfection!! I will send you a photo of Flowers and Bees. I call those stitches “elongated Smyrna,” which is just my own term. 😂
Santa looks amazing! I will have to tell willie that you're stitching his pattern. It will make him so happy. Cant wait to see that Mira done! Can't wait for pumpkin season. My mother in law has a lilac bush in her backyard. Burlap stuff is my fav. obsessed! Your inspirational words is something I need to tell willie ... he's been struggling with things.
Congratulations on your FFOs! I think they look great. At this time of year I miss living in the north, where it is lilac season. Such a lovely fragrance!
