Kavuni rice doesn't need long time to cook sir? I have a doubt, even for boiled rice, after soaking over night and pressure cooked rice is bit hard. Please explain
Yes, kavuni arisi is hard. For Perfect cooking method:- Soak kavuni for 2 hours, dry out for 30 min, roast, grind coarsely , make soup, pongal, pressure cook.
