'Seeing Your Face' is one of a handful of lovers rock songs that the band wrote and recorded that show a slightly softer side to Black Roots. But the sound that drives it still has that unmistakable rootical feel. This song features on the album 'AllDay AllNight'. This album was the first collaboration with the Neil Fraser aka The Mad Professort in a recording studio. Neil Fraser gave the band a fuller more wholseome sound.
This version was filmed live at The Studio in Bristol in June 1986 and features legendary Jamaican trombone player Vin Gordon. The sound was recorded live and mixed by Mad Professor and formed part of the band's first video release 'Celebration'.
