Hey guys, this is my "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath Cover! An amazing classic of heavy metal :) I had tons of fun learning and recording it, since it's one of my favorite Sabbath songs! As I said at the end of the video (7:57), I had to improvise in some parts of the solos, because I could not hear exactly what Iommi was playing all the time. Hope you like it anyways :D

Soooooweeeeet.... When i was in a band 35 years ago, this was one of our favs to cover..... the changes were so different then, we jammed for an hour solid. We covered a lot of Nugent, strangle hold and such another fav, .but You rock this.. i got my ear on you...

Tony Iommi is an amazing player. We grew up listening to Sabbath's music in the 70's. Interesting to note that he was influenced by The Shadows but has a very unique style.

From one of the first 5 albums I ever bought. My Dad used to call them "Black Death" & just couldn't appreciate their music, but I loved them and bought each new album as it came out. I even danced to "Iron Man" at an ROTC Ball I went to, if you can imagine such a thing😉 Your cover was excellent, though I must admit that I couldn't watch all your fretwork since there was a perfectly shaped shoulder & neck that kept distracting me even more than I normally am by that gorgeous face that's on every time you're playing! You win on so many counts!

My favorite Black Sabbath song (there are so many I love!!!) is probably Black Sabbath... I instantly fell in love with their first 3 albums... Even their more mellow songs like planet caravan, sleeping village, solitude, she's gone, changes the list goes on and on... They can even do weird songs like who are you?...

That has magical! Dont worry about exactly replicating it, Tony Iomi's guitar playing is unique because he is missing the tips of two fingers. I love your covers and cant wait for more.

The great guitarist Django Reinhardt also had an issue with his hand (missing some fingers from an accident in his youth), but became one of the best ever. His phrasing, etc. was ahead of his time. Come to think of it, a metal version of "Nuages" may seem sacrilegious to many, but if Noelle put her mind to it, I believe it could be phenomenal!

That was awesome. Incredible playing, as well as seeing you so clearly and obviously having so much fun. Also, don't worry about the improvisations. Tony Iommi himself said in an interview that he often will improvise live because he can't quite remember what he played in the studio.
